I've used jewelers in the past and the experience Alan provided was miles ahead of anyone I've worked with. His approach to decide which of the more than dozen stones he found for us to review. They narrowed down their choice and then we found the perfect setting for the stone. We received the ring yesterday and it is so Beautiful and the workmanship is amazing. My fiancee and I went in with a long list of design requests for an engagement ring, and Alan was amazing at guiding us through the whole process. He brainstormed with us, took us along with him for the journey and never shut our ideas down - always playing them out to see if they were possible. There were times where we hit roadblocks, but he was quick to innovate and find new solutions to his craft. Of course, there were times where he said "no", but we knew his reasoning behind it every time. We didn't want our stone to fall out, of course! All of this came at a reasonable price too! He mentioned that it was significantly more complex that he had initially expected it to be, but still didn't charge extra.

I love my engagement ring! My fiancé knew what styles I liked and worked with Alan to create an elegant, durable ring. My fiancé expressed feeling confident in Alan’s expertise, as he was knowledgeable on what kinds of designs would be long lasting. I cannot express how wonderful it was working with Alan on an engagement ring. We had gone to see another jeweler prior to Alan and while we had a good experience elsewhere, Alan really is a cut above the competition.
