    Usually never write reviews about workers however, this was one of the worst customer service I have ever received, from THE ASSISTANT MANAGER named Alexandra. She was rude, unprofessional and seemed as if she hates her job in general. I get it, we all have bad days, but there is no reason to talk to customers as if they were illiterate. Pandora needs to do better when hiring because this is unacceptable.

    Store at the queens center mall, made the line and service was good and they were patient. Friend bought a slider bracelet and 2 charms. Will deff come back again.

    So I bought a bracelet from here over 6 months ago it has completely turnt dark rusty grey which they tell you they don’t change color !! Over 300$ to a complete waste I would never buy from them again ! ! Store manager Donna wasn’t able to do much but change one charm from an entire bracket ! Which is why I gave 3 stars! they tell you when you buy under a year they change it damaged merchandise!! It’s a lie

    This store only has incompetent employees. I bought a gift for a loved one and got a gift reciept when they went to exchange one of the items they were told it wasnt on the reciept as if we were trying to cheat them. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau especially as it pertains to this pathetic store. YOU CHARGED ME MORE FOR AN ITEM I DIDNT EVEN PURCHASE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THIS STORE NEEDS TO RE GO THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK.

    I brought my fiance and some family members birthday gifts that was well worth the price. All the pieces are beautiful. The sales woman sofia H was so on point she wasn't rushing and made my fiance and I so happy.

    Brushed me off at 9:30 because they stated that they were done. Sent me to macys saying that I can make my exchange there. Came to Macys and they only do MACYS returns and exchange only. Customer service at this location sucks. This was my first and for sure my last time at this store. Btw first time customer.

    I have never write a bad review before in my life. But im taking the time because this was the worst experience ever buying something. LINDA “took care of us” in the worst way ever.. she was very rude.. no manners .. no welcome, thank you, none of that. She didn't pay attention to what we said. Gave us 2 wrong items.. and tried to made us just buy them.. she Also made us a personalized pendant and just put it in the bag.. didn't even show it to us. I understand they were busy. But everybody else was nice. I dont really know what she is doing there. I hope she is not like that with every costumer.

    Rude rude rude !! Everyone is so rude in this store. I came in today to buy a few items and when I asked to try it, the gentleman was rude the entire time, didn’t even try to outsell any items, uh retail 101 guys, try selling your items !!! This is why I shop online

    I received a Pandora bracelet as a Valentine's Day gift. However, I needed a larger size. The bracelet was purchased online for an in-store pickup. I returned to the same store today to do what I thought would be an even exchange. However, I was charged for the difference in price from the Valentine promotional and the original price. I was very disappointed by this because I only wanted to do an exchange for the exact bracelet. I would understand if I wanted to exchange it for a different style. Customers should not be charged to exchange unused items. If free exchanges are not possible then the policy should be changed to refunds only. Exchanges should be excluded from the policy if the policy is to actually make a return and then repurchase the item.

    First time I ever I went to pandora, not the best experience. The woman Sharon that helped me and my girlfriend. I was getting my girlfriend a promise ring. And it’s 2 rings in 1 set. Sharon seemed so uninterested in helping us. She was unfriendly the whole time. She kept sighing at my girlfriend when the ring size didn’t fit her. I just wanted her to find the perfect fit. What’s the problem ? You’re supposed to provide customer service. Anyways, they have a promotion for buy 2 get one free. She showed us this necklace which she said is free. I’m thinking i’m paying 230$ plus tax, and getting a free necklace for my girlfriend. Sounded like a great deal. But when i payed for it, and i looked at the receipt on my email, i realized she charged me for the necklace. And gave me the ring for free. Which is not what she explained to me. She ended up tricking me into getting the necklace. I understand she needs to make money for commissions but c’mon, that’s not right. She never gave me the option of getting something of equal value. So i had to go back and return it. This woman Sofia, i told her what happened, and she totally understood why i was upset, she quickly helped me, found a pair of beautiful earrings for my girlfriend. She was very nice, and welcoming. While Sharon was not. Sharon didn’t even bother to ask us why we were returning it, or what was wrong. She walked as if she didn’t even know us. At the very least she could of asked us what happened and seemed like she actually cared about our transaction. Sharon I hope you read this, hopefully after this you can realize, treat a customer how you want to be treated. Simple. In the end Sharon screwed me over for having to wait 30 days for refund. Ontop of that, they didn’t even give me the box that pops open for the ring. Definitely had a bad experience.

    I gotta say, for the crazy long wait and lines to get in, I was not disappointed nor dissatisfied with my time spent here. Special shout out to Raffi, for really taking his time and helping me narrow down some on my options, going out of his way to try certain items on some of his coworkers to see what it looks like. I'm a firm believer that customer service is important and Raffi's (hope I spelt it right) really respected my budget and helped me find fantastic things. Ultimately ending below my budget in the end. Hard work deserves recognition. Thanks again.

    Went in the other day and purchased two rings, the purchase was successful but the staff was rather sloppy with attending me. First of all, there's like 6 people working at once for one tiny store which already puts me off. Secondly, the people that weren't attending customers (most, if not all) were just having loud conversations and laughing obnoxiously. Finally I got someone to help me, she was nice enough but had 0 energy to engage with the customer. That speaks for all of them as well. They will not guide you or help you, they will just stand there until you say something.

    Kept getting passed around. No one wanted to help or even acknowledge my questions. People kept coming in the store they weren’t POC and being helped immediately. Sad.

    Horrible customer service when you want an exchange but wonderful if you’re buying. They sell defective goods on sale, so be wary of buying these as it is final sale. Bracelet doesn’t stay closed but it can not be fixed or exchanged.

    Jose ( the manager) was very helpful . I needed to collect my gifts and they were not ready and Jose and the staff made sure I was helped no matter how busy it was no matter how annoying it could of been everyone was patient with me and no one kicked me out or said come back … thank you all who worked with Jose on Wednesday May 4th,2022 around 12:40pm…

    A few days ago my friends and I walked in expecting someone to take us to their station or area like I have experienced at other pandora stores and here they just stood by the cashier staring at us. One girl walked up to us and asked us what we needed and then just told us to look at the things on display on the wall. After we saw those rings we wanted to see the ones that are inside the showcases but they didn’t stay to help and just walked away. Once we looked at the rings we had to wait for one of the girls to come near us and she was very uninterested most of the time and spoke to us like we didn’t know what we were doing. I let my friend make his purchase and I moved to the side with another friend and then they came to ask us if we needed help. Overall I felt like they were judging us or they thought we had just walked into the store to look so they chose not to help us. I love shopping at pandora but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

    Staff is too eager to make you spend more money than you have to and are so not subtle about it, it makes me laugh. Every time I go to the Pandora at QCM its the same story so it isn't even just one staff member its all of them. They're very advantageous.

    My wife and I were shopping rep gave us one price then swiped our card for another price. When we asked to return some stuff she told us we couldn't return or cancel the transaction. Will never shop there again, straight robbery.

    Staff is incredibly rude and refused to honor the return policy with a gift receipt for an in-store purchase which is stated on the company website and eventually accused my mother of identity theft after she showed them the in-store gift receipt. Do not go here!!!!
