LISTEN I know this has been a hard time for us ALL. But upon walking in the receptionist could not even look up from the desk as calling me up. I greeted her with a friendly hi how are you. And literally she kept looking down and completely ignored me until I continued with asking her a question about my insurance before being seen at this location. She was SO rude and unpleasant and simply UNPROFESSIONAL that I didn’t continue to be seen here because of how uncomfortable and tense she made me and the environment feel unwelcoming and not safe. Isn’t that your job at least??? To make someone fee assured or simply comfortable to be seen here. I’m very disappointed and will choose other locations from now on. Shame on this staff. We are all trying to make it through but simple kindness is not hard especially when it’s your job.

This place doesn’t prioritize patients with actual urgent injuries. The line is enormous and it’s all for covid tests or flu shots. I severely sprained my foot (ligament damage in my metatarsal) and I couldn’t walk. My husband called and the receptionist told him the wait was 1.5hr… to which my husband responded “she’s in a lot of pain and she can’t put any weight on her foot. Can you see her before seeing people there for non-urgent tests?” And she said hold on but actually hung up. My husband called back and the next woman had an attitude and said the same thing. “She can wait in line” so my husband waited in line for 1.5hr for me. This place used to be great, with compassionate doctors. That is absolutely not the case now. If they cared about their patients, they would have two separate lines for covid testing vs injuries and other urgent matters. Shameful.

Doctor Krishna Israni and his assistant were very thorough in reviewing my medical history, discussing my symptoms and giving me an examination. I was in extraordinary muscular low back spasm pain. I really couldn’t move without setting them off. It was clear that he was committed to doing what it took to get me back to health and offered a variety of solutions. After giving me a shot for pain, he prescribed a 3 step medication process and sent the prescriptions onto the pharmacy. They were so thorough that they sent along my insurance information so that when I arrived at the pharmacy my meds had been processed through my insurance and they were ready for pickup! Dr. Israni saved my trip from being a total loss. I was up and about NYC within 2 days and was able to enjoy the fireworks! Compassion and great medical attention go a very long way. I can’t recommend City MD and Dr. Israni enough! Deidre Vinett

My husband and I went to get stitches taken out here on a Sunday morning. Not only were they super fast to see us but on top of it the nurse and doctor who saw us were knowledgeable, hospitable, and caring. They took the time to explain their perspective on the healing process. What a refreshingly "enjoyable" and effective visit! Thank you so much for modeling what excellent care looks like!

Horrible customer service. After waiting on line for Covid test a receptionist comes out says we are at full capacity and not doing any more tests. They could’ve put out a sign when the facility reached full capacity instead of making everyone wait.

I come to City MD to put out small medical fires. The staff gets it immediately and the Dr's don't disappoint. Efficiency and professionalism all the way.

I was very impressed with how thorough the doctor was. He called with my results when most others don't. I felt very cared for.

The experience was ok, came in for a check up for painful throat and some nasal congestion. Spent 25 on a copay for them to say just take some advil, if I would’ve known would have not bothered to go and would have taken OTC meds instead of spending 25 on a copayment. There are plenty of other city mds that take time to really diagnose and provide proper treatment modalities for you.

This location had the most attentive, kind and patient staff. Dany and Brianna were the best in providing service and helping me get seen by the doctor asap. Considering I couldn’t even talk because I was having asthma problems. They actually make me wanna go back there just for their kindness!

I was supposed to wait for only 15 minutes for my prescription, but end of waiting 2 hours for them to send my prescription successfully. Every time they said they will call to ask, but they just resend it. Don’t even look into the problem to find out the reason. After 2 hours’ waiting, I’m good! I don’t even have the symptoms. Then I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, it’s $109! I can buy the similar medicine at the pharmacy for only $10+. Not professional at all.

my appointment went quick, but everything after was horrible ( and After care is what’s important), they sent the wrong medication to the WRONG pharmacy. Then when it got to the correct pharmacy it was the WRONG medication Their system wasn’t working so they couldn’t send to my pharmacy. Finally when I received my medication I was having an allergic reaction and was unable to contact anyone in aftercare !!! Over 45 minutes on hold for aftercare!!!! Unacceptable I regret going to an urgent care and will stick to my primary !

Helpful and caring staff. CityMD has always provided me exceptional health care. Doctors always take that extra minute to discuss any concerns and I appreciate not feeling rushed out.

This was my second visit in 6 weeks. Both visits the facility was immaculate and was greeted with respect and kindness. The medical staff listened to my concerns and needs, with patience and professionalism! We are so blessed to have this medical care at our fingertips! Hands down! The BEST

All staff members were kind, polite, and doing their best to get patients processed and in to see a doctor as quickly as possible, especially given the number of people in the waiting room hacking, coughing and sneezing (the waiting room was large enough and seating was separated enough for me to feel safe). My waiting time was quite reasonable and and doctor saw me sooner than I would have expected. Buy the way, the doctor's assistants were thorough in their pre-MD examination and the physician gave me a full explanation of what she found and what to do about it. In all, it was a positive experience.

Very positive experience this weekend bringing our daughter in for an x-ray of her finger. (Wasn't broken!) Medical and office staff couldn't have been nicer. Thank you.

The check in staff were very attentive & Nurse Morgan was especially kind & thorough, explaining every step she was taking which allayed any anxiety I might have had. I went in for a bad flu & eye infection & Morgan made sure all bases (tests & checks) were covered. I appreciated the customer service especially given that we live in an era where customer care isn’t always a top priority. Thanks City MD- definitely recommending to friends & family !

I suddenly became acutely ill, and would not have made it back to my hometown in time to see anyone. The other caveat was that where I live, you need to have an appointment for urgent care. I just walked in and was welcomed warmly. They took me right away, and I am so grateful for that! Everyone was professional, helpful and kind.

Came in for a cut on my leg. Dr Yan ordered 30 g of Mupirocin instead of 15g which is all oI needed for a small cut and to use 2x a day for 7 days! First I was told pharmacy made a mistake. Then they told me that was the only amount 30g allowed to order. The pharmacist say no true! He could have ordered 15g. I had to pay double for more than I could ever use before it would be out of date! I don’t like being lied to. Very disappointed

Everyone was great.... the only problem I had was being kept waiting a small room waiting for results for a long period of time...and being a bit claustrophobic was not very comfortable for me.

Staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I'm never worried about the kind of care I'm going to get here because they're always thorough. I saw Dr. Maria Frank yesterday and she was wonderful, kind and I could tell she really cared. Thank you!

Had a terrible toothache over the weekend and all dental clinics were closed (of course). I went here and not only was the staff very courteous and helpful but the doctor/medical professional on duty listened to my story patiently and then prescribed appropriate medicines. Would recommend!

Professional, prompt treatment and sensible advice. Grateful to people with whom I interacted. I hope that when I was in active practice, my clients would have had the same reaction to working with me.

I stopped in for something other than COVID (!) which I'm sure is rare these days. Was seen quickly and got xrays, in and out the door in about an hour and was even taught how to use my new crutches. Thank you!

I tripped on the sidewalk a few blocks away and vaguely remember there was a City MD or more than one on 3rd avenue. To be on the safe side because I was still in a lot of pain I went in and immediately the receptionist gave me an ice pack. And water which I asked for. There was a young doctor they saw me immediately did great X-rays and determined I had a severe dislocation and possible tear or fracture in the elbow. They recommended I go to the hospital which I did and I am so grateful for the care it was top notch. And the young MD went to medical school at the Mayo clinic does it get any better than that.

The visit is fine but the procedure to get the visit is outdated. You can't make appointments online so you have to physically go there to get on a waiting list for that day. Sometimes you are turned away as the list filled up earlier in the day. Having to visit twice or being turned away is unnecessary in my view. Let us make appointments online and we can see if there is room for us today or the visit must be put off til the next day/visit another location. If you are turned away they tell you to call their other sites. Honestly, you took the time to go there in the first place so they should call around for you to see if there are vacancies at another one of their clinics. The other thing I'd like to comment on is if you need to call to ask a question to medical personnel. You are transferred to a number where you will be on hold for an hour and still not have your call answered. This is unacceptable and should be addressed.

Terrible service. I'm not from the US and they did not want to attend me for a simple antigen COVID Test without a NY or US phone.

I came here to get a broken ankle diagnosed. (I live a block away.) I had excellent care from a PA (Sam, I think). They coordinated a consult with an orthopedist who was a block away and was able to get proper care within minutes of leaving the urgent care. Everything was very seamless (minus the long wait at first, but that’s expected with COVID..)

My experience here was great. I walked in with a deep cut (by broken glass), which happened the night before, so this was about 12 hours later, after I managed to stop the bleeding on my own and could move around. They took me in right away, did an Xray to check for glass in the wound, did all reasonable things, stitched it up. The staff and nurses were wonderful and on point, the young doctor presented a steady hand and good sense of humor. Very happy with this alternative to ER.

Extremely unhappy with the insensitive behavior of the staffs at the reception. Took my 5 year old daughter who was suffering from fever and cold. There was long line outside. All I wanted was to let her sit inside while we wait for our serial. As I didn't want her stand outside in the cold in her sick condition. Shockingly they simply didn't let my 5 year old sit inside. When I requested more they said I can go to some other place if I didn't like their protocol. I actually did that and I am never going back there again.

I live nearby and have started going here every time I am not feeling well or need a COVID test. There is usually a wait but the staff and doctors/techs are TOP NOTCH. Really kind staff and I always feel like any medical issues are truly addressed even when it is so busy. If you have the time to wait in line, this location is great!

Useless.. there was a line of people around the block waiting for a Covid test. My hand was bleeding and I needed stitches. Receptionist told me I had to wait inline like everyone else.

Dr. Irina Powers and her team at E. 67th Street CityMD is amazing! She is a true patient advocate and very caring. She followed-up with me via phone after my visit twice to make sure I was okay and had the information I needed to return to health.

Although the doctors are good, there was an hour's wait even though lobby only had a few people. You get taken in quickly, then wait. Worst is the front office and billing dept who can't seem to get the correct insurance info into the system. On Medicare and Unitedhealth, still got a bill and long wait to talk to anyone.

I have been a patient at CityMD since 2015. Never felt so disappointed in a medical facility like this location is not professional. after I waited 145mins to be seen my visit was rushed I even heard the doctor saying yeah okay while asking me questions. he was seen to be annoyed and I didn't feel comfortable at all. I didn't feel like my privacy was being respected at all. He even left the door open. I thought he was coming back but no he started another consultation. He left the room and start talking to another patient I can even hear their conversation. He prescribed me medications and I didn't even know what it was supposed to do or if I should continue with my other meds.

The front desk people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They were gossiping and talking at the back of the patient. Laughing, talking about their lives. The wait time would be less if they do their job. Monday 05/23. Friendly and helpful medical staff.

No wait, doctor listened (already a plus), He was pretty thorough. The ailment was a covid pill spillover and it was hard to diagnose. Found out later what it was on my own when it developed further.

Nice staff, it was pretty empty on a Saturday night around 5pm. I was taken in fast, within 5mins and Doctor was in within 10mins. Numbing, cleaning my wound, and putting in 5 stitches to my thumb took about 25/30mins. Doctor Kristen was very nice and professional and answered all my questions in detail.

Note: If you come here to see a doctor, you will be mad. It takes 10 minutes to see a doctor. It takes at least three hours to wait for a prescription in the pharmacy. Unless the people in the pharmacy call for a prescription for you, they are reluctant to send the prescription.

I was told a doctor would call me if I tested positive for the pcr result which takes 2-3 days. My result came back as positive. Got no call back. Called the helpline couple times to be told no doctor would be calling me back because they have no advice. It’s strange that they have no next steps for someone who is pregnant with Covid. I Extremely disappointed. Won’t be going back here.

Myself and many of my fellow city coworkers often feel when we visit a city MD we are treated and attended too as if they were our primary doctor. Often times some my coworkers advise my primary doctor isn't even that attentative. Professionally on point.
