Wow! What an outstanding experience. The staff are super friendly and informative. Pilot was great and talked about the landscape well. Very comfortable and safe flight. My son will remember that forever as he got to sit up front. Definitely recommend.

This is how to check out NYC. Great staff who made us feel like we were the only ones there. Pilot was very knowledgeable, witty and glad he was the one we got. Pleasure to talk with. Would suggest a little more info on where to go, when to arrive when booking on trip advisor. Was unclear and trying to find address took some time. But so worth it.

Great service. Proficient, professional, and friendly. The entire process of booking a ride and getting checked in was seamless and stress free. Staff were knowledgeable and even used your personal cell phone to capture photos of you prior to your flight. Pilots were also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area they were flying around. Highly recommend.

It was absolutely stunning. Everyone should do this once in their lifetime! We had a the perfect weather for the flight. I’ve been sitting on the front seat next to the pilot. This makes it even more special! Absolutely recommend it.

👍 all staff I encountered were professional and friendly from entering the building 'till I left 👍 we were helped so fast! We walked in the building and were riding the helicopter in under 10 mins!! (I've done a tour at another NYC helicopter company and it took us almost 45min just to get boarded on the chopper). 👍 They were flexible and allowed us to take our tour >1 hr before our booked time. 👍 facilities / equipment was clean, well maintained, well-lit and welcoming 👍 Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I’ve done a lot of things in my life but never have something like a helicopter ride meant so much to me. Flying around Manhattan and still the buildings are above us is an extraordinary experience that you should get right on if you have the opportunity!

Very friendly staff. The pilot also was very informative about the surroundings. It was really a great experience. We are a family of 4 with two boys. My 13 yo sun got to ride in front with the pilot. He was very excited. 😊

Welcome by Mister "in the red jacket" not very friendly... But when you have passed this unpleasant person, the staff who take care of you and much more friendly, and smiling ! Security is present, the flight went extremely well, the pilot was very nice, he does a guided tour but unfortunately only in English, we are French and did not manage to understand everything. But that didn't spoil the pleasure we felt admiring New York from the sky, we recommend ++ wonderful memory... Unforgettable!

Maybe someone expect view from Empire state or Rock is enought. Belive me view from helicopter is so cool. You have whole Manhattan on yoir hand. Whole trip is 25 min but and its not cheap, but beleive me its best way how waste your cash :).

What an amazing experience! I desperately wanted to try and helicopter ride whilst in NY. On the day, I spoke to a really friendly guy ( Charles) who went above and beyond to try and make my dream a reality. He allowed me to wait inside whilst we understood if there was any room on any of the flights that day, and sure enough on the last flight of the day it was possible! All the staff were incredibly friendly and the ride itself was an amazing experience, definitely something worthwhile doing! All the staff were just the best, honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Very cool views of Manhattan. The pilot was good about calling out landmarks and making sure everyone had a chance to see them. He also joked around a bit with the passengers which was nice. He shared quite a bit of history. We felt safe the whole time and that they really know what they are doing.

It’s a really great opportunity lifetime. The night view shall be even better. Photos near the helicopter 🚁 are paid. Rest we can click anywhere. Lower waiting time and quick instruction video.

If you are wanting to have a great tour in a helicopter ride, this company is definitely NOT good at all. I recommend you choosing another company because their credibility is not good. They charged us a lot and their site they said the amount is different. Claimed to be the extra is ground tax!! The waiting time was around 2 hours. The staff behaviour was absolutely terrible. In their website they promised it would be 20 minutes and it was around 12 minutes with a lot of money. The trip was only on the Hudson River and that was it. Again, don’t choose them!
