    The store security can answer questions on what floor a department is located on. That’s a plus. The store is having their Black Friday sales currently. I was told by an employee. I could not believe how many items were available for purchase at such low prices. I was at the store one day earlier and took pictures of what I wanted. So I went to the department and one item was gone. I approached the salesman and was told that I was confused because they never had such an item. Really confused?? So I pulled out my phone and showed him the picture. No apology or anything just that he moved it earlier. Then pointed to where it was. It’s such a small department how could you not know or remember. I was there before 12. Plus why insult a customer. He broke several glasses the day before and just kicked the broken glass under the display. He never cleaned it up. While I was there for 30 minutes.

    There is absolutely no reason to preorder from this store as you end up waiting longer to pick your items than looking for them and paying at the register. They should take example from the the Garden City mall Macy’s

    Do NOT buy shoes from Finnish line! They try to say the shoes are already worn when I returned and only tried it on in my place. The Indian guy with glasses tried to FOOLED me that I cannot return. Fortunately, their lady manager said it’s fine. BE AWARE! And the return line ALWAYS god damn long, waiting time is at least 30 minutes up…

    I always come here for my fragrances! I’ve been coming to macys since I was a kid and nothing has changed. It’s a great place to get designer things for less. There’s usually always a deal on something and if you’re a Macys platinum card holder, you get special perks year round. I always do some type of gift shopping and especially holiday shopping for when I need something special for someone without having to empty my bank account!

    So being a Queens kid for life, this Macy’s and this location truly has a special place in my heart. I don’t know what it is that makes it stand out more than the others but the customer service is unbeatable the people that work there at this Macy’s, or truly genuine, who care for the customers needs in this day, and age of online commerce and shopping, and to me, nothing beats an experience of walking into Macys and receiving help, and I hope others get to experience this at this location. Gabriel, Jacob and Nelson were excellent and helping me find some of the perfume and clothing that I really really liked

    This fitting room lady Ms.Patricia is extremely rude to customers. To even push people to move them from the lines and act smart. She is even racist to people of color. And acting rude to people by passing comments.

    I recently visited New York and while shopping I got to meet Shobha(Macy's Queen's Center in the kids section).You’re really good at following up with the customers so as to ensure that we were never left in the dark. Keep it up! You're really good at focusing on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understand customers combined with a beautiful smile and great personality. Good work!

    They have a non existent return policy!!! I went to the store to return a bag I bought. I wanted a full refund because the bag had a manufactured issue. I bought it less then 2 months the stitches were ripping and opening. The staff was rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. I told them to return and refund the money to the Macy’s credit card. Because I’m not okay buying a 350 bag with a manufactured problem!!! What they did was that they made me trade the bag for another which is clearly what I didn’t want (I wanted a refund). I had receipts, original price tag and all. I know you guys refund things back but this time this Macy’s just chose not to. You guys need better customer services. I will definitely stop purchasing with your Macy’s card since it clearly means nothing. Rude staff!

    During the busy season-- we all hate waiting in lines and as a customer can get easily frustrated with the lines -- however, I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service that Richard Ays, sales associate gave me and my 66 yr old mother. I always come to this macy and will keep coming to it for the excellent customer service that I recieved-- especially today. Happy holidays and thank you Richard for being so kind and the providing amazing touch of customer services !!

    Üzgünüm bu durumu yaşadığınız "I recently purchased a product from Macy's that arrived damaged. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, I was met with a lack of support as it was just over a month since the purchase. It's disheartening to realize that there is no guarantee on the products sold here. Furthermore, the attitude of the staff, especially the shoe department manager and supervisor, towards customer service was disappointing. They seemed to lack the basic understanding of how to engage with customers effectively. I would advise caution before making a purchase here. The experience I had raises serious concerns about the reliability and quality of products, as well as the customer service offered. It's important for potential customers to be aware of these issues."

    Me & my daughter went to the closest Macy's from our place to buy a gift for my wife on our anniversary. We were so fortunate, on that particular day there was a sale event going on and we ended up buying a nice & well designed ladies bag and a purse for her instead of buying one item. We always enjoy shopping & spending time at Macy's but Queens Center's location Macy's has an extraordinary collection of our choices to shop for all occasions & seasons.     Please start keeping some educated staff, I wanna share this bad experience I faced yesterday when I bought a branded shoes Naturlizer (Becca Tawny, Lizard) tan colored from Macy’s, I had a Bangladeshi girl asking me if my card is authentic, I had my Macy’s platinum card inserted inside the machine and she ended embarrassing me, administration needs to have more educated and sophisticated staff. People don’t have time for BS!

    They had items on the floor that were recalled. I spent a significant amount of time finding a pair of jeans, waiting to try them on, then waiting in a very long line, nearly 45 minutes, to check out only for the associate to tell me they could not be sold because they were recalled. I don't understand why they have products on the floor that were recalled. They should not be on display, let alone with a 50% off placard. I also had a not so great experience in the shoe department. I found a pair of shoes that I really loved which were on on the sale rack. The employees could not find the matching shoe. This Macy's experience was altogether disappointing.

    Horrible customer service. Went to buy dresses, all fitting rooms were closed. When I found something I liked all check out spots were closed. When I found one on the first floor, there was ONLY ONE cashier with a line of 50+ people. It wasn't even near closing. Absolutely hated it.

    I went to the Coach section looking for a purse and no one was there. It was very hard to find a sales person. Afterword I was told the sales person was on the Michael Kors section. She was very unprofessional and rude. No sales skills at all. I ended up buying a purse for $400, no thanks, no nothing from the sales representative. Very bad service at Macy's, they should conduct some training to their sales representatives.

    If time is money you may as well go to Macy's. You'll miss your birthday and election day waiting for help at JC Penney! Macy's will always be Macy's. They have higher quality clothing for slightly more money. That said- they almost always have what you want

    I’m a longtime Macy’s shopper and will continue shopping here only because of the discounts available. Other than that I will spend my money elsewhere where the section is better, the clothes more organized, and the basics like an available fitting room can easily be had. It hurts me to say that this Macy’s will do for basic shopping, but go elsewhere to spend serious money.

    I can only speak for the plus size section and it's horrible the clothes have no sense of style. Nothing is unique or fashionable. It looks like grandma clothes. I am young and fashionable no need to dress me like a sofa. Would never return.

    Lots of discounted clothes, only thing I did not find a dress for my daughter. Seems like all these designers have decided to ONLY make inappropriate dresses which in not a fan off. Need more variety in the juniors plus section.

    I went in to find just a cheap digital watch for my wife and we was able to find a Casio. While we were there I was able to get my wife a birthday present. She needed a new wedding band that she can wear with her uniform at work because her engagement ring and current wedding band is "not acceptable".

    So I was invited to a luau a Hawaiian party in Long Island I needed to find a Hawaiian shirt and it was crazy cuz we would celebrating the end of summer went fall was starting so we went into Macy's and oh my god there it was the shirt I was looking for there was a couple on a rack I purchased a beautiful green Gucci Hawaiian shirt which was amazing the material was sore and wonderful and the flowers were beautiful on the shirt when I got to the party after getting dressed I was told what a beautiful shirt I had on so thank you Macy's for coming through once again as always you guys are super special with everything you sell and I was very satisfied and my girlfriend couldn't stop hugging me just to feel the fabric under material of the Gucci shirt I purchased so thank you very much sincerely yours satisfy customer Richie

    Worst place to park in their parking lot .up coming back u have to pay at a machine get ticket and slide that at exit .but two of those machines are out of order cause long lanes the only one was working but most of us when slide our Credit card the result were no payment received receipt came out .the reason was most of us were sliding the cc wrong way .there is no sign posted to show how to use C.C . when press help button a lady came she didn't bother even to check how customers were sliding cc she said oh it's not working and left ....second when we entered the Macy's enternce at D where right entering the door beds are displayed with bedsheets the young girl standing next to a small desk was super rude when asked where is perfume she said down floor. When asked from where to get in down floor go back outside the main door use mall escalator or inside Macy's .she just move her shoulders upside down .when complained she is rude she showed more rude behavior. She didn't even mention what floor the fragrance department is .any way the lady Janet lamas at Channel / Dior was nice she gave more free samples with perfumes purchase . will recommend her if shopping perfumes ..

    Extremely disappointed in this Macys. Despite closing at 9 they close down the fitting rooms at 8 with no warning so with my arms full of gowns to try on I was turned away. I asked the sales associate what I should do and she suggested I try them on in the middle of the store. Having worked many years in retail myself, this is very poor customer service.

    Macy's always has good deals all year long. The staff is very helpful and they're attentive in case you need help finding something or regarding a certain item. I did buy a coat here and it was 65% off, still wearing the coat after I bought it and the material is very good. From the kitchen appliances to the clothes, perfumes, jewelry, to the mattresses and bedroom decorations, everything had a very good discount. If you're looking for a store with the best deals, I recommend Macy's 100%!

    Very bad service, I bought three bags, and one of the bags broke the next day I bought it. When I went to return it, they didn't want to return it or exchange it for another, I had to take the broken bag home, the people who took care of me They were very rude and were not leaders. The only thing the supervisor told me was that this bag could not be changed after having paid for it, that at the same time that I could not change it, and when I bought it, the cashier never told me that I could not return it if it broke from the factory, very bad service, I do not recommend buying there Never .
