This is a hard review to write. I love Nicole, her team, and her jewelry. I love shopping for jewelry, and I’m convinced they have some of the best pieces for the prices. They always respond timely to emails. I have the baguette lariat Y necklace, the diamond chain earrings, diamond halfway bangle, diamond pave bangle, and a few other smaller pieces. All of those pieces are gorgeous and I would purchase them again. However, I think I would go elsewhere for custom jewelry. I wanted a gold bracelet that said “Breathe” engraved in diamonds. When it arrived, I noticed the word did not look very good, like it had bled into the gold around it. It wasn’t very clear. I emailed the NR team and they happily offered to fix it. It looks a little better after they worked on it, but still looks sloppy and not worth the cost (the photo on the white counter was from today). I’m regretting that we spent over 4k and wish I had asked for something else. I think I will still shop on her website but will look for another jeweler for my engagement ring and other custom pieces.

Beautiful jewelry! I have received a few pieces so far (waiting for more!) and am very pleased with the diamond quality (VS) compared to other high-end jewelry stores (in Beverly Hills). The jewelry is beautiful and one-of-a-kind. I love it! Nicole Rose Jewelry is truly a GEM. Will always be a customer. Also, the response time is very quick.

Nicole Rose Jewelry is my go to spot for all my jewelry! It started out with my diamond bezel set necklace, that I have not taken off ONCE since getting it 3 years ago. I love it! I then got the large pave diamond disc earrings from Nicole that are beautiful and so sparkly and perfect for everyday earrings! THEN, my husband and I got my engagement ring from here. It was custom made based on pictures and ideas we discussed with her. And it was better than expectations. I wanted the thinnest knife edge band possible and she made it happen. But the real stunner is the insane diamond. I've been wearing it for over a year now and get SO many compliments on how beautiful and clear and sparkly it is. (See pictures attached!) We then got our wedding bands from Nicole, both simple gold for me and platinum for my husband, and then a gorgeous diamond band that I tried on during an appointment with Nicole and knew it was the one! Delivery was so quick and everything came in perfect condition. Great response rate as well. Whenever we had questions, she got back to us immediately (whether email or phone call). I'll be going back to Nicole time and time again! We love her jewelry!

Nicole Rose has quickly become my favorite place to get jewelry. Nicole and her team are so ridiculously nice and approachable, and they're very quick to respond to emails. Their item descriptions are clear and include lots of information about what you're getting (diamond stats, item size/length, carat weight on other stones, gold information, etc), and items often have pictures of the jewelry being worn, so you get a really good indication of the size, etc. I've been on NUMEROUS other jeweler websites where they don't share this information, especially related to the diamond stats. How can people know they're getting something of quality and good value without this information? This is never a question with Nicole Rose pieces - there's never a doubt that what you're getting is a good price and of high quality. I have numerous pieces from them, both straight off their website and custom. A+ jewelry, 10/10 would recommend and will continue shopping

When I purchased the necklace, an unexpected work trip came up, and they worked with me to change the delivery address to my location while I was away from home. I ordered the large diamond butterfly necklace with some additional length in the chain. Customer service instructed me how to go about ordering and paying for the customization. I was concerned about it turning out ok as there is no customer service phone number, it was all by email. My necklace arrived in less than a week and it was perfect, exactly how I ordered it!
