Avoid this jewelry store. They lost my mother's antique Tiffany watch, which only needed a new battery, after taking it off premises (without my knowledge) to repair at their home. They then reported a burglary and my watch was never found. It was priceless.

BEWARE: I strongly caution you to reconsider using this jeweler for cleaning or repair of heirloom or otherwise valuable jewelry. I brought my engagement ring to this jeweler earlier this week for a quick cleaning. It's a platinum-set 1 carat diamond with twelve 1/8 carat channel-set diamonds on the band. When he returned my ring to me after machine-cleaning it, it was clear one of the small stones was missing, obviously having fallen out in the cleaning process. When I pointed it out, he said something to the effect of: The stone was missing when you walked in, and that my "ring was so dirty, how would [I] even have known there was a diamond there to begin with?" I don't know if I was being accused of trying to swindle him or if he was trying to swindle me... In any case, he said my stone was "gone" and that he would replace it with a stone he had in stock. He put a too-big, mismatching diamond (?) in its place. In shock at the entire situation, I left, but soon returned, demanding that he empty the filter in the cleaner. He reluctantly did so and, fishing through many small diamonds retrieved from the filter, seemed to have found my stone. He replaced the sloppy, poorly-set stone he put in my ring an hour before with what I can only hope is my diamond. I won't know until I have my ring, which is a family heirloom, inspected by a reputable jeweler. My experience at this place was horrible. I thought I'd just get a quick $10 in-and-out cleaning and I wish I had never gone in. tl;dr This jeweler damaged my engagement ring and was extremely careless and disrespectful when I asked that he fix it. Trust someone else with your valuables.

The lock on my watch was stuck on itself. I watched him BREAK the lock and then he told me that he needed to order the new lock piece. I waiting over 3 months for him to let me know that he had received it, periodically checking in to ensure it was coming. Then at the 4th month he tells me it was waiting for about a month and that he sent it back. He never called me to let me know, or even when I checked in on the status of this missing piece he broke. I will NEVER reccomend him again, as that was a gold family heirloom, and this is a horrific way to do business.

I've always had good experiences here. Reasonable prices for my watch batteries and bands. And for the first time I brough a watch there for repair. The work was done quite well and at a reasonable price. The owner is always friendly and has a sense of humor.

Can't speak to the jewelry but I can speak to the honesty of the proprietor (woman) there: not honest. NY Notary is $2 fee capped, she charges $5. I didn't bother arguing over $3 and gave her the win, but be warned, it says a lot about how business is done here.

Literally swapped a diamond out of my grandmothers ring for a CZ. I have all the proof and have a detective on this case. I’m so angry at this so called “jeweler”. Apparently after speaking to people, this has happened before. This shop should be closed. Have also contacted BBB.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY SELL FAKE STONES!!! I honestly can’t believe that this shop is still open after seeing other similar reviews. I’m still in shock when I discovered that my ring had a fake Australian Opal in it. I took it to another jewler to get remade and reset into gold, and they showed me in front of them when they took off the “stone” from the ring that it was just a piece of glass with a shiny paper-like material underneath to mimic a stone. Absolutely horrible. Please do not shop here or bring any jewelers here. They are scammers.

Wonderful shop with excellent service. I walked in and shared how important finding the right yellow topaz. My granddaughter is a 67% burn survivor had been interested in having a ring for many years. Right before her 14th birthday I decided to try to find something for her. The owner is truly kind and I am so greatful. The ring is impeccable.

Very unprofessional and they don’t know what they’re doing, especially the guy. I went in just to have them add on 2 inch links to a chain I already had and the gold was rubbed off and you can see where the link was added, it’s not a uniform look. Then when i brought it up to him he just yelled and was mad disrespectful about the whole thing. Would NOT recommend.

Shopping here was like being in a Soviet Gulag in 1957. I strongly urge and encourage anyone looking to purchase something important to go to another store to do so.

I don’t know about you but when my watch doesn’t keep the right time I’m not happy. My husband and I arrived to our Brooklyn rental this past Saturday (7/15) and I realized my watch isn’t keeping time. I googled local jewelry businesses who can replace the battery in my watch, I read a good review so I took a walk over and hoped for the best. I met the owners Ely (husband/jeweler) and Nellie (wife/manager). Very nice people. Ely assured me my watch had a faulty battery and replaced it for $30 (competitive price). Now, my watch is keeping perfect time so I’m a happy camper! Thanks Ely & Nellie.

I have to say this jeweler is absolutely AMAZING! I recently needed some old pieces repaired and changed for my daughter's wedding. The repairs were perfect and done in record time. My daughter was thrilled to wear the jewelry at her wedding. Thank you so much.

Google says they open at 10. Waited outside until 10:10 and the garage doors were still down so I left. No signs with alternate hours anywhere. Waste of time.

i was unhappy with my purchase - they took it back graciously and worked with me until I was satisfied. My necklace is lovely!

They were incredibly helpful in getting just the right engagement ring. Eli does amazing work with each piece of jewelery. I had 3 diamonds reset into a new gold setting and it looks fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be taking my watch here as well. Thanks so much!!!!!!
