I went for some shopping with my mother about noon today and while I've been quite tired of the relentless email sign up asks from the moment you enter to the register no matter what location you're at (and as someone who worked at Express 10 years ago, it was also exhausting as an employee), today really took the cake. At the register the man asked if we wanted to sign up, and I made it very clear we were not interested. He kept on with the pitch, and I continued to insist and stated I dislike the whole thing. He seemed to think it was funny and kept asking why, and I said if he kept asking we wouldn't buy the clothes. And well, he did. So I had him return all the clothes and we left. Not to mention the manager was doing announcements to the whole 4 people in the store about this. This really aggressive sales tactic isn't cute, it's really exhausting and I feel that NO means NO, for goodness sake.

Love this store. The store manager really made my weekend. After having a baddddd slow, crowded and stressful stop across the street. The tall bald manager realllyyy stepped up my mood, feel, energy & had the wonderful effort to make me feel seen, appreciated. Kind of top rate service…. Best I’ve ever had at a non-custom made suit store. Regional managers take note. This guy is your best talent. I feel like a million bucks AND my partner & I will be back!

Will, the manager at the Brooklyn location was EXTREMELY RUDE! I reached the store at 7.02pm rushing from Flushing Queens and stuck in accident traffic and having requested another person called Tatiana who confirmed she would wait for me... WILL YELLED AT ME AT THE DOOR AND REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE ME EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM I CALLED THE STORE BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELING ABROAD AND WANTED TO GET THE RETURN SORTED. RIDICULOUS. Please teach him customer service.

Great selections of Color shirts , overcoat, dress pants, suit piece. You have to search for the bargains big store. Select them in the bag are a bargain. Highly recommend checking the store out.

Checkout service was friendly. Store was pretty organized, but had there not be a sale I might’ve not gotten anything. Try on rooms were a bit messy and I had almost no help.

I was waiting on line 3 cashiers talking to one customer after 5 minutes of waiting finally one cashier acknowledged me. Start my transaction and walked away without said anything. Second person came to package my stuff after like 4 minutes. Just horrible experience.

I mainly come here for the good prices. They have a lot to choose from but not always have my size. I like the store and I like to recommend it.

The gentleman in the fitting treated me very poorly. He kept downloading l dismissing me to take care of the female customers. I guess I'm not a pretty female, so my purchase of 5 dress pants 4 dress shirts and 5 pairs of jeans didn't mean a darn thing too this gentleman, or the manager. How unfortunate.

They don't accept returns/exchanges. Don't waste a trip.

I like the outlet way better than the express store but the variety of styles aren't changing. I guess I have to wait a bit longer for new items to be sent in.

Went there 10 minutes before they were closed and the girl told us we are closed. When the sign says they closed at 8pm. Horrible service.

I was so excited to go get some pants for work at this location. I got there just in time and the lady at the door was very rude telling me they where close at 7:45. when the door clearly says 8pm. Very bad customer service

The gentlemen working the front,Wilson? William? I feel so bad to have forgotten his name, but he was an absolute delight, the girls working the floor were super helpful and kind aswell but he is running the show at this location. So much positive energy,I have never met a retail worker as enthusiastic as him, made my day. The young women at the register should take notes from his behavior.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and easy to shop. Loved the great deals. An associate named Gino was AWSOME!! He helped me find the perfect outfit for an interview.
