Not recommended. Small and crowded. And they charge $9.99 for parent come in to be with kid even not jumping. I would recommend go to urban air at lake grove Long Island. More facilities, bigger, cleaner and no $9.99 surcharge for parents. They do have staff on the ground to keep the order though, so I give them 3stars.

My 5 year old son and his friend had a great time bouncing for 90 minutes!! The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the employees were all sort of useless in enforcing their own rules such as no cellphones while bouncing. Other bigger kids were pretty wild and one was holding a phone while bouncing and the employees just stood there and didn’t try very hard to intervene. That is a safety hazard especially in a trampoline facility that has a huge sign upfront that mentions inherent risks of bouncing on trampolines include injury or death. I wish they took safety more serious but overall we had a nice time and we’ll like come again. Maybe even do a birthday party here.

Since I move back to New York, I’ve been looking for a place like this for my son… it’s a bit small for a trampoline park but Sam please are very friendly and everything seem to be very clean. I had my sons birthday party there and the prices are very reasonable and the employees are very very accommodating! I would definitely recommend

It’s a nice fun place for kids if you go on weekdays. Weekends are crazy crowded. The staff are courteous, helpful. The downside to this place is that you have to pay to be there with your kids. I wasn’t crazy about that. December 2023 I took my kids during a weekend here and they had a lot of fun. It does get pretty crowded but the kids didn’t mind. They still had lots of fun! The staff are courteous and helpful.

I had been looking for a nice and affordable Trampoline park for the kids to enjoy near my house and I happen to came across this one. I went through Groupon and the front desk personnel was more than happy to take the voucher with no problem at all. I would start my saying that their kiosk to sign waiver needs to be replaced as it’s really hard to work with and are old. The other thing that they need to work on is the price for the parents to look over which is not reasonable at all. The area for parents to keep an eye on is not enough and keeping an eye on my kids was very cumbersome. The parking is more than enough. I would highly recommend this place if you around the area.

He had a blast . It was my son 13th birthday . Him and his friends really enjoy it all the food was also good . If you love wing you should try the sweet chili wings you won’t be disappointed. Shawn our party host was amazing he helped with everything I didn’t have to do anything . We will be back very soon !

For the cost it's a little high($77 for 2 of us) but we had the place mostly to ourselves. It did have a loud camp for an hour but we avoided to much discomfort by staying in the back. The location is great however not as big as I would have liked. The main issue was the temperature it was freezing.

My kid had fun but this place can be too crowded. You need to sign waivers so careful with your child which has possibilities to get hurt since grownups can play there as well.

Excellent place for children. Groups are welcome. You can put your own music on.

A great fun place for Birthday parties and a great place to entertain kids. They have trampoline, basketball hoops, arcade and even wall climb hiing. And the place is clean and employee are nice.

I had an unbelievably great experience today at launch queens. My kids can only eat kosher products and the cafe staff took the time to make sure each product they were selling us was kosher! I want to give a special shout-out to Nycirah, Farmah, Emily, Ire, and Donavan. Thank you all for making my kids experience at launch an extra great one

I had the best experience at launch. My daughter had her 9th Birthday party there. My party team Zephra and Anthony were so attentive and made everything go so smoothly! I would highly recommend this place

I really had a good time here, and the employees were friendly. Felt welcome there and it’s for all ages. The pizza wasn’t really good but they had accommodated me so I gave them a star back.

Please don’t not go here , you have to fill out a waiver from so if something happen you and your kids the not responsible for that , 2# the crowed and not clean . #3 the prices online the show is $3 which you have to pay $31each .

My wife and I went to Launch to inquire about making a reservation for our child’s birthday party. Anthony was a great help. He was very helpful and patient and answered all questions. We actually requested him to host our party because of the excellent customer service he had. We were also given a tour by Zephra who was also very helpful showing us around and answering all our questions as well. We are confident that our party will have a blast, thanks to the staff.

Chelsea at the desk was super attentive and kind. My son had a great time for his birthday. I got the package for 6 people which included two large pies and two pitcher drinks for $200.99 I thought the deal was pretty good. The only complain I have was that the place seemed a tad bit unsanitary and dirty. Our socks were BLACK when we left 🥴 and a few pieces of garbage laying around and the ac did not seem to be on and if it was it was not on high enough to cool the place.

I had my sons 4th birthday party here and it was a huge success. Anthony and Alyssa were awesome host. They were sooo helpful nd kept us informed every step of the way. Anthony was waiting on me at the door as soon as I got there and they both took such good red of my entire party. I would request them next time definitely. 👍

Went here today for the first time with my two toddlers and 7 month old baby. We had such an amazing time especially my two toddlers. They didn't even want to leave lol. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. Pizza was also delicious. Would definitely visit again!!! 😊

Hosted my Daughter's Birthday Party here and it was overall a great experience. The price for the package parties are very reasonable giving you ample play time and then time to feed and celebrate the birthday. Carlos was a great host and was very helpful and attentive. He made sure food was served, cake was helped out, and he was extremely informative when it came understanding our time to jump/eat. The customer service was top notch. Considering this was my first time at Launch, I found that it was one of the best in the Queens Area. I was called twice to confirm the reservation which was extremely reassuring and even when there, they were extremely helpful.

Took the kids on a random Sunday to get their energy out and it did the job it was supposed to do. I appreciate having places like this close by.

My twins had their best fourth birthday ever at Launch last weekend. I’m so glad I did it there. The facility was clean and doing an early party there is a great idea, especially for little ones. The best part was Sean, who was the party leader. He was very accommodating and really did his best to ensure the party was a success. He was so good a few parents at the party said they were interested in also doing their kids party there. Thank you Sean!

I would equate the success of my nieces 3rd birthday party to Sean M. If you’re debating having a party here, personally ask for Sean M to handle your crew. Literally from the moment we were signing in, to the end of the festivities, he was attentive, assertive, and wrangled not only the kids but adults too. It started when i didn’t have my phone with me to sign the waiver downstairs. He quickly whipped out his personal device for me to fill out the waiver so i didn’t have to go back upstairs for it. He was so friendly to the kids and adults alike, always making sure Tessa (our birthday girl) was ready for the next thing. He walked our group to the jump area, where we had an absolute blast. Our kiddos were mostly under 4 years old so we hung out in the little kiddo section but eventually went around the whole place. When it was time for pizza, Sean was ready to go with plates, pizza, and cups at every seat. He poured waters, lemonade, and handled it all. Don’t get me wrong, we offered an extra hand to which he politely said “i got this”. You don’t often meet such incredible party heroes so Sean M. Truly deserves extra recognition! Keeping a bunch of kiddos happy may be an easy job, it’s the adults that can be difficult. Luckily Sean M had it all under control with a smile on his face the whole time. We’ll be recommending this place to our friends, and more specifically having them book an event with Sean M. He’s everything you’ll need for your party. you know the service was phenomenal when all the adults are talking about his pleasant service the rest of the night! Wooo Go Sean M. (his brother Andrew works there too who we got to meet. He seemed just as rad so high five to the brothers crushing it)

My family and I celebrated my sons 5th birthday here and it was a blast! Anthony was our host and he made everything so easy and stress free for my family. Launch Trampoline Park did not disappoint! My son and his cousins did not want to leave.

Poor customer service from the start. Just called to find out some information about the place and they're giving you a not so welcoming tone. People need to trained their staff well, that kills your business. Thank you Emily

Been here a few times. Not much to complain about buuut they definitely ran out of pretzels (or never had any) on Saturday and parking is very scarce. Maybe 30 to 40 cars and that might be too generous. We all parked on the street locally. Another very strange thing was, there were literally no napkins inside any of the dispensers at the party tables. Our section had 8 tables, which sat 48 people potentially. I spent over about $70 on food and drinks, yet, not a napkin in sight. Very inconvenient. I actually walked to my van to get sanitizer and antibacterial wipes for everyone, so be prepared for that. And the food, well, its what you would expect from a childs trampoline park. Otherwise, staff found to be very helpful as pertaining to our direct needs, which weren't much. The children had a great time. That's the most important thing. Plenty of jumping space, lockers for your things, video games, etc. Have fun!

I booked my son's birthday party online and it was such a smooth process. I was then contacted to confirm everything, go over pricing, restrictions, add-ons and what to expect the day of. I spoke with George and he made the entire process seamless, it was such a weight lifted once he assured me that I would be provided a party host and given support that day.

We took are our grandkid to check the place to book his bday party. The staff was very friendly. Staff Arroyo take us to know the whole place and answer our questions during the tours. We decided to book immediately, the girl who did our reservation was over again with the details and help us to upgrade the package. We are Looking forward to celebrate on Launch!!

I visited with my son , it’s a great place for kids . But I really requesting management to change some of green barriers between trampoline as they really hurts due to damage or lack of foam — ventilation was ok but felt warm when it’s get crowded —

Great place with amazing stuff for An active day out. It’s really nice that parents can jump too (my son appreciates it) and/or stay nearby to watch for those too tired to jump but who want to feel part of it. The staff is really exceptional too. Was very impressed by how friendly and proactive they all were - fast to jump in if someone got hurt, managing lines etc. I enjoy going with my son but it’s the rare place I’d feel comfortable leaving him alone if it ever came to be and that’s saying a lot.

I’ve been looking for an appropriate place to celebrate both of my kids birthday at. Having two kids is hard to agree on anything, but one thing they can agree on was celebrating their special day at Launch. Carlos was very helpful in the process of planning the birthday. The prices for the packaged parties are also pretty affordable!

This place is an amazing option for families with energetic kids to come and have fun. I have been here as a guest and my kids have enjoyed it to the max. Lots of fun jumping activities, clean, friendly staff...my kids come home beat! Recently I booked my daughter's birthday party here and Jill (the manager) couldn't be any friendlier and helpful. Reserving our date was quick and no fuss. My daughter can't wait to celebrate her birthday here! We are looking forward to the fun too :)

Great place, got a Groupon for a party of 16, came with a lot(pizza, drinks, ice cream, candy). Kids were happy. Parents too. Ordered wings and veggie platter on the side, it was good. Better than expected for a trampoline place. Workers are kind and polite.

Very nice place for both kids and adults. I like the spaciousness! I came on a Sunday right at opening and it was great! My kids got to run around and freely roam. It wasn’t packed. By the afternoon, it was really congested! Minus 1 star, for being crooks and selling me 4 pairs of socks when we had our own with grip. Your socks gave 0 purpose and made my kids slip even more. But business is business 👍

We love going there. The place is redone and they really did a great job. The trampolines are great and the added video games are awesome. My boys love the air hockey. I recently booked a birthday party for my son and it was so easy and straight forward and people were pleasant. We can’t wait for our party!!!

Had a very good and smooth booking experience. The website was very descriptive about the options and the time frames. Also had a great call with George about confirming the party details, and all the small things that we need to know about and clarifying a few things. Seems like a very well run and professional operation.

Great place to take the kids duro the winter if there is nothing else. Is a little pricey but it’s somehow worth it. I been taking my kids there for a few years, i went last week with my kids and my 4 months old, and I ask how much would it be for the parent pass that is usually $9.99 they told me it was $29.99 the regular pass, I think they should adjust that price as my baby was in the baby carrier on my chest and I was just looking to go inside to record my 3 kids and their 2 friends I pay $150 and they where expecting me to pay $29.99 more just to watch!

I've never been to a place where they charge parents to watch their own child. I was looking to book a party at this place and was originally told that there was a $10 charge for parents to enter the gated area where the trampolines are to WATCH their kids jump. IF the parents wanted to jump it would be a $25 fee. Then a few days later I was told that it's $10 per parent for them to SIT in the party room while the kids played and $25 to enter the area; jumping not included! The party package looks appealing at first because it doesn't include all the parent fees. Hard pass for me.
