Bloomingdale's is like no other department store! It is huge and it's one of the few stores in the world where I like to get lost ...as there is always something tempting to look at or purchase... wherever you end up. 😊 Today, I loved checking out the Xmas world...and Santa's Candy Store! 😍 At Bloomingdale's, I also love going to the Forty Carrots yogurt bar/ restaurant for some delicious frozen yogurt! 😋😋😋

Customer service has gone down hill at this location..I’ve been shopping here for many years and the dynamic has changed ..This location is trying to go very high end which is how it was many years ago… if not willing to spend $$$ sales associates treat customers poorly ! Literally abandon you to go help someone else...Never returning !! I’ve experienced this in coat and shoe department ! Women's shoe selection has gone mostly high end too…The store has evolved over the years and good quality service is lack there ..Magnolia Bakery CS has gone down hill too.. Pandemic exposing a lot !!

The place is huge! You can get lost real easily, but they have touch maps at certain stations. The Nespresso team, is on point! Rosalind, and another employee starting with the letter G (but can't remember) we're so nice, and inviting. They made us laugh and made sure we felt welcomed and probably bought us with their kindness lol. But I do think, in general, that the rest of the store's service could be better. The workers here were nice but not friendly in the approachable way. That for me is a huge thing. I'm not rich, and I didn't buy anything important but I felt like that was a big reason as to why no one was friendly towards us. But anyways, the place has a variety of items to buy and everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

This is a great place for luxury goods. A lot of high end stores with unique items that are on season. It is pretty quiet and you can peacefully shop without the typical noise/crowdedness in other stores. I will definitely recommend this location!

I adore this store. Recently met Dave in the fragrance area. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I loved building my scents with him. I look forward to visiting more often.

Great service throughout the store, staff were all cheerful and willing to assist, even when products weren’t available in their department store. Foreign visitors are offered special discounts.

For us common folk, nothing to see here. If you want overpriced designer items while strolling around a sales area I would consider epilepsy inducing (light, colours, interior space), knock yourself out (no pun intended!). I'm sure there are those who would enjoy shopping at Bloomingdales, but I simply was not in the mood in comparison to, let's say, Macy's.

I’ve been by Bloomingdale’s in the past on a visit to NYC. I have come with my 18 year to see it and spend some time in the department store. Beautiful building. Iconic really. We loved seeing the pirates, shoes and clothes. Spent a little time at Magnolia Bakery.

Bloomingdale’s one of the best shopping stores in nyc ever, super huge, the first time I visited it I really got lost, all luxury brands are available, high-quality products, amazing selection, everything you need always you’ll find it there The staff was very polite and helpful. I love Bloomingdale’s ! always my favourite shopping destination. Highly recommend!!!

One of the many beautiful department stores in Manhattan. This store carries so many different designers and collections, and is beautifully setup. There is also a beautiful home store on the upper levels. One could spend an entire day in the store.

My most favorite store of all time! The fashions are fabulous. I loved the windows 2 years ago the best.

Great way to spend the day with kids! Loved visiting the flagship store with my six year old, who loved it. Right by Central Park and the zoo. Restaurant choices for adults and kids within the store. Friendly staff. (The lady in children's shoes who is short with long dark hair is great.)

This review is only for my experience with in-store pickup of an online order. Bloomingdale’s did a real good job. The signage was clear and bright and made it very easy to find the pickup counter on the second floor. There was no waiting as there were 3 friendly and efficient employees manning the counter. She also let me check the merchandise to make sure that the order was correct. I was literally in and out.

Very large Traditional department store. Very well stocked with a good range, beautifully presented. The greeter was extremely helpful and polite and cheerful however I found many staff members uninterested. The store itself is very impressive.

I have been going to this store for decades, to this day it is still a place that has managed to maintained its quality both in staffing as well as merchandising. I picked up two new scents for the coming fall on my last visit.

Went to Bloomingdales my favorite store. Stopped at Kiehls manager super friendly bought a bunch of eco friendly products you cal refill good for the planet happy to see that. Allowed me to have sanitary samples as well as greeting, very lovely store as well as LongChamp no one was present for me to purchase: bought David Yurman as well

Forty Carrots on the seventh floor is THE place to get a frozen yogurt treat! Flavors rotate but all are awesome!

Excellent customer service and customer care at this location. It's very clean and well organized. They have so much stuff you can easily get lost spending a while day in here shopping. From day to day and week to week, many of the brands are getting new pieces arriving so you can find different things in stock every week. Most importantly, I love how the staff treats people no matter how you look; they will treat people good as people should.

Bloomingdales has everything you want at the right price. If you love name brands then you will love this location. If you want it you will find it at this location. I just want to give a big shout out to the operations manger Vanessa. I had a on going issues with a bag being repaired and was not able to get it in a timely manner! I have been getting the runaround about the status of my bag for over 5 months! But when the issue was addressed to Vanessa she reviewed my situation within hours and got back to me and Rendered me what I feel should of been happen (store credit) and it restored my trust back into the brand. She was extremely attentive and engaging in what’s a thumb up or thumb down. I’m just so pleased and happy and I think she should be recognized for her great sincere Customer relations excellence!! I wish there were more people out there like her! Keep up the great work.

Definitely a great show to visit when you are in New York City.... Lovely selection of designer brands in one place...They even cater to visitors by offering a 10% discount card on nearly all non-cosmetic purchases...

Haven’t been in Bloomingdale’s in years but stopped in here today. Looks pretty much the same as I remembered. The highlight shower was the men’s shoe department and a sales assistant named Bouna who couldn’t have need nicer and more helpful. He helped my friend find the perfect pair of shoes which wasn’t easy. Nothing was too much trouble for Bouna. Exceptional. A++++

The woman in the luggage department took the Tumi suitcase we were returning and wasn't going to credit us for the return. We literally had to ask for her to process the return and then she had to call Hamilton (the luggage expert) to understand how to process the return. How can you work at Bloomingdale's and not know how to process a return? Was she really thinking we would drop off a $1400.00 piece of luggage without getting it credited. She then also stated that our Loyallist points could not be credited. Is this correct? I'm going to have to look this up.
