Would you pay $185 to hang off the highest building in NYC? #CityClimbNYC Well, I did. it’s worth time, effort and money. City climb it’s an amazing experience. It allows adventure travelers to ascend nearly 1,300 feet above 10th Avenue. It’s billed as the world’s highest external building climb and The view and experience cost $185. It’s totally worth it. However, I wish they would let me bring my own GoPro and camera so I can take better shots. Additionally, The edge have a friendly and helpful staff. definitely, going to do it again next week! I would say at this price, they can do a much better job in making it a memory. The pictures they take are nothing like it’s shown in the promotions. They insisted they are contractually banned from taking pictures of climbers facing the city when I asked to take one. But in one of the reviews below I can see they have done it before. So I guess it was a big bluff! The video delivered was absolutely mediocre. There’s only sound for their promo intro. The rest of the video has no sound.

I did City Climb a couple weeks ago and couls not have been any happier with my experience! This is a one-of-a-kind attraction in NYC and whoever wants to see the Big Apple from a different, exhilarating perspective should definitely do this. The guides were professional, courteous, and an overall pleasure to be around. My guide was J.T. and he did an amazing job guiding me and my group through the 45 minute experience on the roof of New York.

First time doing CityClimb or anything of that kind of experience in general! Had an awesome time! The guides were great, along with the rest of the staff! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and great energy all around! They make you feel safe by educating you on the equipment you’ll be using and do multiple safety checks before you even step thru the gate and onto the course! I would highly recommend it if you’re looking to be adventurous and wanna step way out of your comfort zone! I would definitely do it again, now that I have a better understanding at what to expect first hand! Kris was one of our guides and his energy was greatly appreciated!

City climb is one of the coolest and most fun thing you can do in nyc. I did it on my birthday. You get express entry and you can skip lines. From getting harnessed up to hanging over nyc it was an amazing experience. Went on my birthday and the crew over there was amazing. I WOULD 200% recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the adrenaline rush

Amazing experience, would recommend to everyone! Offers beautiful and unique views over NYC. Staff was great as well, super friendly and made sure we had a lot of fun! They do 4 safety checks and make sure everyone feels safe. Instructions on leaning over the edge were clear and everyone got enough time to take in the amazing views and experience!

If you are looking for a thrilling experience Go do this unique one named City Climb. It is a little pricey but totally worth it! I did this for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The adrenaline is incredible knowing that you are nearly 1,300 above 10th ave. The staff is GREAT! They really take their time to secure you with the equipment, explain all the security measures in order for you to feel comfortable and trust the process. This is totally an experience for your bucket list so if you’re not afraid of heights and an adrenaline junkie don’t miss out on this.

I had such a fun time doing this! AP and Brandon were my guides. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process! They also kept it fun. I would highly recommend City Climb at the Edge to everyone! The safety protocols were on point and the guides made me feel even more safe. I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing this again one day! The coolest NYC experience you can do! Worth every penny! Nathan (like the hotdogs) and Vanessa (like Hudgens) were our guides and they made the experience that much more fun. From suiting up to stepping out it’s such a unique experience. I never felt unsafe, Nathan and Vanessa were fun and down to earth but also took their job very seriously (which is what you want when dangling over a building edge) and I appreciated their integrity and casual coolness when we got up there! My group went at night and it was beautiful although I will go back and do it during the day next time! All the way down you feel like astronauts coming back to earth from a mission, you get awarded medals and treated like VIP guests (skipping lines and chatting with the employees as the line of people visiting the edge look at you like you’re a celebrity 😂) I am not a thrill seeker and I don’t care for heights but this one is so worth getting out of your comfort zone for and pushing yourself to lean out! Spend the money, treat yo self, skip the lines and do The Climb!

Came from Jerz for my boyfriends birthday & when i say the workers are amazing, They are AMAZING! First of Will greeted us on the walk in & remembered our names EVERY time; Then our climber instructors were AMAZING ‘ Tee & Bueno really gave us the experience of a life time. They made us feel so comfortable & we were so high up but that didnt even matter! They sang HBD to my boyfriend & that was the most amazing part, they made our night so special! I just wanted to say that was a GREAT experience; Definitely get your tickets on line, No hassle ; no fuss ; everything was just PERFECT. The climb is really the experience; Yess the edge was cool & all but if u want the experience; do the CLIMB ! Thats what its really about. Anyways Come early to find parking!!!!

Our tour guides were so nice and funny! Made the whole experience a lot more fun than I anticipated! Was nervous at first but, our guides, Brandon and Kay did amazing with calming me down, overall the experience was insane and would recommend it if your thinking about doing it.

Best day ever! My best friend got this experience as a gift for my birthday and I don’t think I will ever be able to top it! I was a huge mix of nervous and excited but you really do feel sooo secure with the equipment. The staff is EXCELLENT from the start of the experience to the end - they are so helpful, funny, and make you feel incredibly comfortable while up so high. Our guides were Ricky and Yusuf - they were amazing every step of the way, made us laugh, and were so supportive. This experience is unlike anything I’ve ever done it is so unique and the perfect experience for stepping out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend!

Brilliant attraction. Went there with my younger family, and I'll be honest with you, I'm not a great one for heights, but.........we all had a great time.All the staff were very helpful, at all times.The climb crew and preppers were highly knowledgeable, and very professional, and helped you all the time. They put your mind at ease, and nothing was too much trouble. The safety gear was second to none, first class. If your going to New York City, make sure this is on your to do list. What a place .

Yesterday we dit the City Climb, an amazing experience with unbelievable views. The crew is incredible: they are very friendly and make you feel comfortable, even in the extreme situation you are facing. Everything is double checked by multiple crew members which ensures a strong feeling of safety and professionalism. If you are looking for a thrill in New York this is absolutely a must-go! I did the City Climb the other day and it was the most amazing experience ever, there’s nothing even to compare it to. All the staff are so friendly and you come into contact with lots of different staff because they’re so thorough with checks on your harness and all other safety bits. Dex and Elizah were the instructors doing the city climb with the group and they were such a good laugh and so friendly. They made you feel so safe at every point of the climb. You can tell all the staff love their job and they work really well together. It was such a chill environment. If I’m ever back in New York again City Climb will be the first thing on my list to do again.

Kiara and Brandon were IN-freaking-CREDIBLE guides!!! We had an amazing experience with them! They were so fun and made this morning such a joyful and unforgettable memory . We did the first morning climb of the day and they sky was so clear the views were breathtaking !!!! 100% recommend! Felt very safe the whole time! Our guides mentioned that the evening climbs can be very gorgeous too just seeing the city skyline and city lights for miles !

The observation deck was ok. The building construction is interesting. The customer service is terrible. The climbing experience was blah. The photo package is a joke. For $50 I got two pictures and one video that contained very little footage of me. In addition, we were made to wear a sticker on our outer garment. When I removed the sticker it took off part of my John Varvatos leather jacket. Management refused to do anything about it. Not worth the money.

The instructors made us feel comfortable. Showtime and Nando did a terrific job. They made lots of jokes to keep us chill. They did numerous safety checks before starting the climb. Definitely worth trying if you're not afraid of heights lol. You also get a medal as a token.

Our guides were the coolest (Mike and Devon - if I'm spelling that right?) and once you're outside - the experience itself is amazing, but the process you have to go through to get/view your pics and videos after is RIDICULOUS and ruins the entire experience. Why do I have to give you my email 6 times? Why do I have to scan 4 QR codes? This Magic Memories company is pathetic. You can't figure out a way to do this yourself? For $200? Still need to partner with a third-party that is undoubtedly selling our contact info to others? And then, after we agree to all that nonsense (what other choice do we have?) they send us 3x as many pics of us poorly edited at Edge rather than of the actual experience?!?! It's laughable. Insulting even. Nobody wants a fake picture of them on the High Line. It's 2024 ffs. Photoshop exists and a blind person could do it better if they wanted to. And not a single picture of us leaning over head-first?? Only leaning backwards off the ledge? What a joke. 5 stars for our guides. 5 stars for hanging off the highest point in NYC. NEGATIVE 10 stars for the corporate cash-grab tourist trap buffoonery. I will actively talk people out of trying City Climb and it's a shame because it could and should be a MUST TRY experience, but you managed to screw it up beyond belief by complicating things unnecessarily. Really surprised to see everyone overlook these inexcusable shortcomings. Feel like giving 2 stars is generous, but want to make sure it's clear that this isn't the fault of our guides. They were awesome.

As someone very afraid of heights, it was a amazing experience! Nathan made me feel extra comfortable the whole time! Might even find myself doing it again one day!

I was looking forward to participating in City Climb during my birthday week. So, I purchased my City Climb ticket months in advance. Unfortunately, when I arrived and presented my ticket, a City Climb staff member informed me that the City Climb had been closed due to railing maintenance. I didn't even receive an email, text, or phone call telling me of this. This is unfortunate, and I recommend that City Climb resolve this issue and notify those who purchased tickets if and when something, such as maintenance or sudden cancellations, occurs on the day of the event.

Epic. I was given this excursion as a Christmas from my boyfriend. I had so much fun. It was amazing to climb up the side of a building and then lean out to see the city. Looking over the city so high up you can see everything. The staff was awesome. Our guide was fantastic and the prep was thorough and emphasized the adventure element but also the safety
