Never opened on time, terrible service and unprofessional staff. Better buy and return online, anyway that have a problem with return/ exchange and send you back to return by mail, really waist time , supposed to close this store. Never come again and tell all my friends about this location.

Went there today and my fiancee told me I could pick whatever I wanted as a Valentine's day gift. Well I fell in love with a white and black snake skin hand bag originally priced at 498.00 it was on sale for 179.00 plus they had a sale that day and it came out to 139.00!!! Wow!!! The staff was so helpful and polite. I asked if there was a matching wallet and they went out of there way to find it and it was the last one they had was 179.00 on sale for 79.00 and with sale discount final price was 59.00. I am one happy girl!!! Cant wait to go back. Love Michael Kors!!! Totally recommend this store. The packaging was amazing!!! Every strap, every zipper tag was wrapped to protect it and on top of that they put the whole hand bag in a protective bag. Such care is given to every item you purchase.

What a shoddy company that doesn't specify the time you have to return and then send it back to you. I returned at h&m, coach, victoria secrets over 5 months after order date and they refunded me with no problem. You should have allowed me to return if you were a big company like these other big companies. It shows you're not such a great company afterall. I was just going to return to buy a different style mk bag for my mom. But your terrible service just caused you to lose businesses cause I was going to buy a $500 bag for her. Now my relatives, family, coworkers will realize what a shoddy company mk is and you will lose mine and their businesses from now on.

Great experience, soon as I walked in I felt welcomed even wearing my work uniform. Sales lady was so helpful, she found what I was looking for in minutes. I didn't have to get up from the couch to purchase my gift. The credit card machine was brought to me, I swiped & walked out the door happy with my gift in less than 15 mins. Great knowledgeable staff & location. 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience shopping in this store. I was greeted by friendly employees and helped with shoes almost immediately. And then rang up very fast. I don't like being bombarded by sales people but the approach was friendly and not overwhelming at all. This store might actually turn me into a store person again (vs online) because the experience was so nice.

I bought a purse in this shop, I chose a colour and the sailer went to pick a new one at the back. She came back and packed it directly in a tissu bag without showing it to me. I took the plane right after it, when I arrived in France I realized it was not the colour I asked for. I am so disappointed by such a mistake!!!

Each associate that we worked with was super friendly. My wife ended up buying a pair of shoes from their new line, which seems to run a little small (she normally wears an 8, but bought a 7.5), and everyone was so kind. The shop is clean and bright.

I visited this store with my daughter back at the end of Oct 18. Sorry for delayed review. We could not have been looked after better. The Customer Service was excellent, ‘Shelley’ was a delightful and inspirational assistant. She took time and trouble beyond expections to find my daughter her correct size boots.
