Bought from them on Instagram and they sent me lower quality earrings the originally earrings I purchased was 900$ and they sent me 300$ That’s not even on the website and when tried getting in contact with them they blocked me on ig. Don’t buy from them if your buying online.

Very poor communication!! I purchased a few pieces from this place. On today I messaged them and let them know that I wanted to bring one of the items in and get CASH for it, I was told by the store rep to come in so that they can let me know how much I could get. After a 2 hour drive. I hurry to get there and they tell me that THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME CASH BECAUSE THEY’RE LICENSED IS RENEWED YET. Terrible and misleading customer service especially for a repeat customer.

Diamond Rush diamonds hit HARD!!!! I bought a pair of $1500 11mm diamond earrings & once I got them I realized they were to big for my ears. So I exchanged them for a diamond cross baguette pendant that was more $$ but I really liked it. Just got it today 1 week after I sent the earrings back. Bruh.... this thing hits so hard🥶🥶 I absolutely love it!! Very heavy 14k setting & feels & looks like it's made very well!! Diamond Rush made my exchange very quick & easy & I love the pendant!!
