Currently live here. Apartment is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Being told I have to pay half for the exterminator. Beyond that, apartment gets no natural light. Machines on the bottom level don't work. Everything is damp and cold. Do not live here. I will be leaving the instant I can and will be forfeiting my bond because there is no way I will be telling a new potential tenant that this building is worth living in with a straight face. Don't let the decent prices fool you. Update: Every review here is mentioning bed bugs now. A cathartic victory. I hope the rotten building manager & agent are suffering for their neglect.

While I have very fond memories of living here with my friends in uni back in 2015, this place is in every way a dump. Your rent is far better spent elsewhere. I can still recall not being able to open my bedroom window because the fat fryer stench from the restaurant below would just permeate through my room. Landlord took our bond for no reason as it wasn't listed with the tenancy tribunal. You'll be healthier and happier living almost anywhere else. Seeing the recent reviews this place has gotten, it seems to somehow have gone further downhill, didn't know that was possible.

Apartment was infested with cockroaches and corridor also has a terrible smell. I’m a tidy person, so I returned a clean room in the last day. But one month after I returned the key and moved out, they even didn’t gave me the bond refund. I’d already contacted them in many ways(text, phone, email) they were passive and didn’t reply maliciously. - By the way, before I moved into there, the landlord promised me that he could provide some kitchen equipments for free (like pan or pot), but after I mentioned it , he told me he was busy and didn’t have time to find a pan for me, so I bought one in warehouse🙃 Actually a pan is cheap, just want to let you know they are dishonest person. Even now (one month pass), they just sent me a form and told me to fill out it by myself without any landlord details on it🙃

If their goal was to make a real life prison simulation, they have successfully managed to do that. Well done!! Just sleep on the street instead of renting a room here. Whole building is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. The landlord doesn't seem to care about any of it at all. Internet is frustratingly slow, the door doesn't open properly. They did almost 0 cleaning once I moved in, it was dirty as hell. My kitchenware was stolen and no one cared about it, they don't give you any kitchenware by the way, even though it was promised. The shared toilets are always dirty. I just can't believe I managed to "survive" in this room for 3 months ( they don't let you out before even a day earlier, as they won't give back your bond). At least you can make some friends with bed bugs as shown on the picture.

Who needs a pet when you can have bed bugs as your roommates. If you’re looking to spice up your living situation and enjoy some itchy company, this is the perfect place.

Hello, does anyone have the contact details to the bedbugs? I wouldn't mind making some new friends with them as some have mentioned here.

Building managers moved us into a unit we were not asking for. The unit we moved into was completely infested by cockroaches. After multiple attempts to CONVINCE the managers to get pest control (after they insisted on using store-bought bait that didn't kill any) we were forced to go to the tribunal. After this they held a single fumigation, which was not enough to kill the roaches due to the entire floor being infected. One time the downstairs cafe had a water leak due to the pipes, and the manager tried to charge us for repairs!! It also took them several months to repair the leaky bathroom. No washing machines were working in the laundry, or dryer. They were broken for at least 6 months, or longer as they were still broken when we left. When we finally left the tenancy, the manager practically pulled out a microscope in order to inspect every last detail to steal our bond (no surprises there). Classic case of 0% effort from the landlord yet feeling entitled to 100% of our money. All in all the most terrible living environment I've had the displeasure of experiencing. If you're thinking of living here - run.

Worst place ever. Dodgy landlords tried to charge us for leaky pipes in the building that weren't even in our flat, cockroach infestation that was there when we moved in and was never dealt with properly, peely cabinets and disgusting bathrooms (some rooms don't even have internal bathrooms and you have to go use a communal one), destroyed furniture they refused to replace or store if you brought your own, the washing machines were always broke. Absolute nightmare and I would have had a better time sleeping on the doorstep.

    1. If you want to make friends with cockroaches and sleep with bugs, come. 2. If you like sleeping to the sound of people snoring next door, come. 3. If you enjoy dealing with annoying a disagreeable housing manager, come. 4. If you are a big fan of all sort of mysterious odours in lifts, come.

No less star then this. Does it matters to anyone… Am going through a big mental stress because of this bed bugs and cockroaches. If I go to property management team they are telling no cockroaches issue report from this building. So come to check the review but I am surprised that other’s were affected because of our lovely pets. Because of our pet we lived without cooking food for one week(money gone, health gone but got mental stress)…
