Just been to drive through & purchased the 4 piece meal, got home & only 3 pieces of chicken with cold chips & I live in town. You had one job, to be able to count to four. I don't often use KFC, don't know if I'll bother again.

Incorrect food in order , no salad at all, chicken over cooked (staff member laughed and said it can’t be over cooked - when asked if it should be almost black, he said the oil is dirty and it’s too expensive to replace) Literally the worst KFC around. Head office number given by staff member is for a dry cleaners in bromley

After 20min checking the order was in it final was called . I must piont out their was only four people in including us . The Fillet burger Meal on opening the box was not looking its best so returned it and got a refund. The kids Bucket is advised with a piture that our child can see and choose. It does not come with a fruit shoot as pictured shows or a corn on the cob. Very Very Very miss leading ! KFC surly trade and standards should not allow this type and advising . I would say stop checks are needed for this branch.

We had our lunch at Newark KFC after my son's football match. The place was clean and tidy. And the food is as good as it can be in KFC as usual. The extraordinary part of our visit this time was that I have left my wallet in the store and just recollect it should have left there at 20:00. My husband and I made the visit to the store with stress. We could not be more delighted after knowing the staff kept the wallet for me and it was returned intact. I am grateful for the staff in Newark KFC ! You are so nice :)

Just popped in for a quick bite. Restaurant was clean, food was hot. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bathroom was clean.

It’s not often that you experience brilliant customer service at a fast food restaurant, but kudos to the guy with the exquisite moustache (I’m sure you’ll know who I mean, that facial hair is not forgettable!) Engaging chat, accurate service and fast! An added bonus - all the napkins I could ever wish for!

We went through drive through. Attendant was rude. When we paid she slammed the car reader on my car door. When we left our order was wrong so we paid more then we should have. Definitely won't be going back. Refuse to use the Nottingham one for similar reasons. Clearly staff training is non existent.

Alright KFC in Newark. Easy parking. Store and toilets were bit unclean compared to other branches in region. Staff okay, a bit short. Food was good and up to par - fries were freshly cooked and piping hot. Would still come back to this store for convenience, as close to A46 on routes to or from Lincoln and Boston.

Me and my partner stopped at this kfc on the way back from my dads. We got there at 6pm and ordered, 15 mins went by and still nothing my partner asked how long our food will be and got the reply that she doesn’t know as she doesn’t work behind there. 6:40pm comes and a lady that was a customer was waiting less time told me to say something, they had to look for our order as it wasn’t on the screen as the look of it they had lost our order. If that lady didn’t tell me to say something god knows when we actually got our food

Apparently this is a ‘Large’ meal. £8. First time I’ve been in a KFC for a while and I won’t be returning. A total rip off, I’d be giving it a minus 10 for value for money. Really has gone downhill over the years. Place is dirty too, and toilets are minging. Staff aren’t bothered, more interested in talking to each other about what they got for Xmas. Avoid it like the plague, in fact the plague would probably be safer.
