It’s a piercing place and they don’t do any other piercings than ear lobes despite their store website and store promotion pictures showing pictures of many different piercings like the one I wanted. It was very obvious the people there have no experience doing other piercings.

The store associate was extremely polite and helpful. She did an excellent job piercing my 14 month olds ears. Very few tears!

Got my daughter's ears pierced. Extremely happy with the service.

Very expensive for very cheap toy and they are very little and easy to get lost So I’m not a big fan

This store opens at 12pm. We got there at 12:25 this is what we see “on a short break”. We waited 30mins and nobody showed up. We came a few weeks ago and got the same exact piece of paper on the gate. Disappointing that this location is NEVER open!

Good and decent place for the ear piercing service but bit of hard to catch up with the working hours the display says 7pm but closes at 6.30 and on the second visit they took 1 hr break @3pm not sure what for, it would be nice if the times were updated

So, according to the information shown here in Google Maps, this place opens at 11. Today, Thursday December 21st, at 11:20 I found this paper and apparently is a recurrent practice for what I just saw in another review. Heads up to the owner, you are constantly loosing customers for this.
