I had an introductory facial done by Ashley. She was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile. She made me feel comfortable and was an expertise in the skin field. She was able to answer all my questions and was able to offer me advice for products. She did an evaluation in the beginning to examine my skin and she was spot on with what my skin needs help with. If you are unsure about going here or who to go to I highly recommend Ashley!! She was fabulous :)))

I got a "massage" from Jeanne tonight. It was absolutely horrible!! What I got was an excessive oil rub down, NOT a massage. I asked her to apply more pressure, that did not happen. She literally rubbed oil on my entire body, zero pressure applied. Extremely disappointing to pay $104 for that pink Himalayan salt stone "massage." This place came highly recommended. But DO NOT book if they try to schedule you with Jeanne. I will definitely not be returning. At those prices it is not worth a trial and error...AND she left the hot towel on the counter for ME to wipe the excess oil off of my body myself. Very disappointing experience!!

I’ve been a hand and stone member for many years now. The massage therapists at this location are for the most part very good. The reason for the low rating is because it’s very difficult to get an appointment. They are usually booked out a month in advance. Also about 50% of my appointments this year ended up being cancelled last minute due to “emergencies”. Additionally, They were unable to schedule and perform prenatal massages due to lack of skilled staffing.

Amyrah was amazing!! This was my first time at Hand & Stone, although I’ve had many massages in the past and I truly felt like she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I immediately called my mom afterwards and told her that she needs to see Amyrah lol. An amazing experience, thank you for making me feel so much better <3

The ambiance, service was good. I had an awkward experience when I went to use the bathroom and someone had forgotten to lock the door. Awkward! The massage itself was good and definitely helped me feel better but the therapist had not really kept track of the time well so I didn't feel like I got an even amount of massage on each side. They definitely spent a lot of time on the areas I had stated were the problem areas so I feel like they were doing what I asked. I still felt a little lop-sided though. I will most likely go back for another massage here.

Came in to get my eyebrows done, was extremely impressed with how effortlessly Asia did my brows. Super nice girl and definitely an expert in her craft.

I went to this massage place for the first time in October. It has a beautiful lobby/atmosphere, great customer service at the front desk & the masseuse was lovely! She was very detail-oriented & she cared about my entire experience from beginning to end. I was treated with respect & kindness the entire time. I will be back.

Samantha is an excellent facial care provider. During my appointment, she carefully considered my entire skincare routine, including both topical and oral prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and my sensitivity levels. Additionally, she inquired about my overall skin health goals. I strongly recommend booking a facial with her!

I had such a great experience. I got a prenatal massage done today with I believe her name was Barbra she was great and very knowledgeable. It was so relaxing I highly recommend going here, the front desk staff were very kind too.

I had to stop going to this location due to the number of last-minute cancellations. Schedule a month out, they cancel the day before and reschedule for three weeks later, then cancel that one, too. Staff is great when you can actually get in.

Called on a Friday to request a Monday appointment.I was told there were none,but I could put my name on a cancellation list. I asked about Tuesday and was told they are booked then as well. No offer was extended for a possible time. Poor intake handling and not a way to encourage a potential client
