The food was amazing. First time here, what a great impression. Welcoming Greeting before getting seated, my waitress was very friendly and Patient as I decided what type of burger I wanted for the afternoon. I will definitely return back here for a burger and fries because of the service. My food came out the kitchen at the proper temperature. My burger was juicy and super well seasoned. Very happy with the service.

I had the grilled chicken breast and omg it was juicy and so filling. Definitely enough for 2 people. A dish so simple was rich in flavor. I got it with tostones (which were large and cut different then how I’m used to in the Caribbean) and Sautéed spinach that tasted like it was enriched with chicken broth. Over all great vibes and good first dish. I will def return.

My family and I love this place, it’s truly a hidden gem. While finding parking can be a pain, the headache is 100% worth it. The food is delicious & cooked to perfection; the staff is always so kind & their service is impeccable. Lastly the new decor is so beautiful, especially the outside patio.

Burger Bound was amazing. The atmosphere and especially the food was incredible, the service was outstanding. If you are in Newark it is a must to stop in for an amazing experience.

We were looking for a quiet place we could enjoy a hamburger in the Ironbound when we came across Buger Bound. The burgers were "juicy", delicious and, tasted as good as they looked. The staff was friendly and personable. The only challenge is parking. But, I definitely will be going back. Especially in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor patio. I uploaded pictures of the Premium Burger, Bacon Burger, Empanadas, Sweet Potato Fries and Special Coconut Mojito.

This was an accidental find that was the best accident ever. We just needed something quick before the soccer match and with my strict diet I saw turkey burger and was sold. The exterior is no example of the experience once you open the door. So fresh and vibrant looking and didn't realize they would have a bar!!! Drinks were made to perfection and I went with the salmon burger!!!! Omg!!!!! We'll be back!!!! The back patio is so nicely decorated as well as inside. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!!!!

I saw great reviews online so I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. Don’t let the outside throw you off. It is an old house converted to a nice little restaurant. There were only a few folks there but a concert was going on so I was told it was a bit early for the crowd. All the better for me as I got great service and the food was very good. I had the skirt steak and it tasted great with the two or eight martinis I had. I would definitely go back.

our dishes was dirty, food is mid and they got our order wrong and we still had to pay for it. I don’t drink a lot and the sangria taste like juice and feels water down. We ask for lite ice and they got that wrong, they just dumped some out and we got less sangria instead. Sides is separate and you have to pay more. Honestly my first experience was really bad and they should have a manager here to keep the quality up.

The parking was a nightmare - apart from that, we really liked this place. It was really well decorated inside and had an elevated atmosphere; definitely not a typical burger joint. The menu had a lot of great options, even some vegetarian ones. Beer, wine, and cocktail list was great. The service was fine. I had the mushroom burger - the flavor was excellent, but it was composed of a panko breaded "patty" of very large chunks of mushroom and it immediately fell apart and was difficult to eat. I shared some fries and Korean chicken wings with the table too and those were both really delicious. One big downside was one of the tables was a group of people drinking and they were obnoxiously loud. At one point, they were the only other table there besides us and we couldn't even hear each other talk. They kept getting up from the table and grabbing their own stuff from the bar, so I'm not sure if it was staff? The server didn't seem to care and did nothing about it and it really ruined our experience.

Highly recommend!! FOOD review. Great place! Food was delicious & amazing. Warm hosts. I had some time to kill and wanted a burger. Found this gem!!! But unfortunately couldn’t try any of the drinks because technically working (I’m a chauffeur). Can’t wait to come back when I’m not working. The burger was perfectly cooked, the bun was just right although it did break apart near the end but I prefer that than too much bun. The patty was cooked a perfect medium. All the ingredients were fresh. Got the Parmesan truffle fries which were great! Just the right amount of crispy!

My husband and I came here for my birthday last week, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. The place is clean and stylish, with art from what I'm guessing is local artists? They had a really nice painting by our table that was done with blacklight paint. There's also an outdoor seating area that's closed for the season I believe, but looks like it's a really nice place to sit when it's open. It was a quiet Sunday so the bartender was running the place by himself. He was friendly and kind, and made a wicked drink! They were so good, and strong which made the price point totally worth it. We ordered the Burger Bound burger, the bacon cheeseburger, the empanadas, and the truffle parmesan fries. Should have gotten the small for the fries, or not gotten an appetizer- it was a lot of food! Haha Everything was hot and fresh and came out really quickly from the kitchen. I'm really glad we came here and I'm so happy we found this gem. Newark really has some great places to dine out, and I highly recommend you add this to your list! (Parking can be a little tricky but we found a spot less than a block away so it's not too terrible.)

This is an amazing place to come with friends and family. The food is delicious, portion sizer are excellent and there is a great beer selection.

Great place, high prices. I used to come here all the time as I love the food. Unfortunately this time I was a little upset about it. I ordered a Cob salad and asked for steak instead of chicken, obviously I knew they would charge me ( which is not an issue ) when the bill came they charged me $14 for the salad and $10 extra for the steak, I think that’s absurd. Honestly, $24 plus tips for a salad is away too much. Not sure if I’II be coming back.

Nice, small place with a bar and some rear outdoor seating. Went with a group of 7, about 8pm, seating available. Waitress was also the bartender and was great, attentive and on point. Several burger options, also skirt steak and a shrimp dish, in addition to apps.

Nice outdoor dining area...soft music played. A good place to unwind with refreshing drinks. I'll revisit to try some food but overall a pleasant experience.

My experience ans my wife here was amazing. She ordered the bacon hamburger and I ordered the breaded Buffalo chicken sandwich. Yuca fries and onion rings. A capiriña and old fashion as a drink. Needless to say we will be returning with a few friends. Matthew was very attentive and Amazing!!!

Everything was amazing. I can’t remember my server’s name but he was beyond amazing. He made thee best drinks and the food was so fresh. But everything was. The sauce with the yuca fries is a must buy! I will definitely be back!

I was here a couple years ago and I still think about it till this day. The burgers were just delicious and the fries were great. At the time it was a little unknown spot but the environment and food of course was excellent. I have not tried the cocktails but I’m sure they are delicious too.

Wonderful burger! The truffle Parmesan fries were amazing! I would go back again. They have a cute outdoor patio as well. We went on a Friday night around 7 pm and there was no wait. Friendly staff. Big burgers for good prices.

Me and a friend decided to meet here for food and drinks. I made reservations for 5pm and when I arrived I was able to sit where I pleased. We sat outside and was served my Kevin the bartender and another young man. The service was real good and Kevin adhered to the the price that was misquoted on the menu for the mango sangria. I ordered that for my drink and it was great and I loved the taste. For dinner I got the black bean burger which was thick and tasty. My friend ordered the bacon cheeseburger and he said it was ok. The bill came to about $63. I enjoyed my time and will return.

This place has really good and big portion burgers and chicken sandwiches especially the chicken parm is on point. Along with that the classic Mojito is really good but i wish it was made in taller glass also took a good minute to make..lol overall good vibe and music is a little loud but cuts out the loud honking from the streets. I enjoyed it and very delicious would recommend.
