Very unprofessional and not welcoming to black clientele. I wanted to like this lash bar because a colleague highly recommended their services. They did not communicate their deposit policy and were not friendly when I entered the establishment. The overall work was good but the lack of customer service and communication coupled with the questions around maintenance of my natural lashes did not provide a welcoming experience. I suggest finding a welcoming establishment that is open to all client types. Avoid

I walked-in a few months back just asking for a lash lift prices, & next thing I knew, I was in a cozy, private, yet stylish lash room with the softest blanket I've ever been given in a salon. Top nodge first time experience. Fast forward few months, I'm a regular with Kristal. Her work is superb, the products she uses are top quality (you'll notice once you come regularly), and she is just genuinely a kind person. Oh, furthermore, their booking system is the most convenient. Through google, you get swift responses, great communication, reminders, and follow-ups. The only downside is that you won't be able to go anywhere else. Once you come, you're hooked! :)

The customer service is good and the lady who cut my hair was kind. But in terms of execution, it was something that could be worked on. I gave pictures of what I wanted as a reference multiple times since there was a slight language barrier. The picture included a line on the side of the head that is straight, but how it was cut resulted a peak rather than the straight line shown. I hope that this is something that they can improve on for future clientele. The First picture with the peak was the result and the Second picture was a reference.

One of the best salons I’ve been to! The staff is incredibly sweet and truly want you to have a good experience. They listen to your questions, concerns, and needs to provide you with the best. They addressed every single question and concern regarding lash extensions as this was my first time. I’m in love with the outcome and will definitely be back! I’ve been looking for a lash place near Fremont because most of the places are in south San Jose. Thank goodness I found K beauty! So close to me and Krystal and Jenny are the best!! Krystal takes the time to understand what I need and she is meticulous at her work. Another huge place is that they also have lazy boys as the chairs you lay in. I have been going to her for just everyday lashes and I used her for my wedding lashes. You will not regret going to her. My wedding makeup artist even told me these lashes are great quality because they did not fall off when she was doing my makeup. Reallly good quality lashes and in Newark! Highly recommend!! Go book an appointment online you won’t regret it!!

I absolutely love going to K beauty. I’ve been going there for a few months now for the eyelash lift and tint and even for the eyelash extensions for my engagement shoot. The staff knew exactly what I wanted and would look good for photos and it made such a difference! I’ll only go to K beauty for my needs from now on!

These ladies are so nice and patient. They take their time working on you which makes you feel valued and I ended up loving my extensions as a first timer! My haircut is also so great and exactly what I wanted, thank you!

What a wonderful salon! I have received perfect more than 5 star services here. Came here to get my eyelashes done, wonderful staff and wonderful customer service. Great retention and attention to detail. I just got my hair colored, highlighted and cut and it came out perfect! Helen took her time and made sure everything came out wonderfully!
