My
wife
lost
an
earring
out
of
her
favorite
pair.
For
Christmas,
I
wanted
to
get
her
a
new
pair
of
earrings
that
closely
matched.
I
had
never
been
to
Pugh's,
but
they
had
good
reviews
online.
I
walked
into
to
Pugh's
with
4
pictures
of
the
one
earring
my
wife
still
had.
Unfortunately
they
didn't
have
any
that
matched.
They
looked
through
the
jewelry
books
they
had
in
the
store,
but
they
couldn't
find
anything
that
was
close.
I
was
a
little
discouraged,
but
Shelby
asked
if
I
would
text
her
the
pictures
that
I
had
taken.
She
told
me
she'd
let
me
know
what
she
could
find.
I
really
wasn't
expecting
hear
back
from
her,
let
alone
hear
back
in
under
24
hours.
But
that's
exactly
what
happened.

text
me
back
the
same
day
with
3
different
options
that
were
nearly
identical
to
the
earrings
that
I
was
looking
for
for
my
wife.
I
text
Shelby
back
the
pair
that
I
wanted
to
purchase.
They
ordered
them
for
me,
&
Shelby
text
me
when
they
were
in
to
purchase.
When
I
came
in
to
pick
them
up,
they
offered
to
gift
wrap
them.
I
declined
because
I
wanted
to
make
sure
they
matched
the
earring
that
my
wife
still
had.
I
brought
it
home,
&
it
was
nearly
identical.
My
wife
opened
them
on
Christmas
morning
&
immediately
put
them
in!
She
loves
them
&
is
extremely
happy
with
them!
