My husband picked up pizza on Friday night, waited in line for an hour. As he got closer to the window, noticed that NONE of your employees were wearing a mask and not socially distancing!! This is absolutely insane, given the situation with covid19! We have reported this to Donato's corporate and the Licking County Health Department. There is no excuse for such irresponsible behavior!!

Ordered Large thin crust works pizza...sub'd banana peppers for green peppers and extra cheese with light sauce. This was the BEST pizza I've had for a long time. Would have given 5 stars but they can't get the whole crust crisp even tho I ordered well done, so 4 stars.

Best pizza period. But since I don't come from old money I rarely can afford it. There is hardly anyone there most of the time which is nice for introverts with strong last names.

Verified order 3 times and still got it wrong, was good but... - bacon topping has some to be desired , think it comes from a shake container.

For being a big chain they felt very family oriented. I enjoyed my meal and the service was friendly and timely

Was so good took the guy 10 minutes and a large pepperoni pizza was ready all the way to the apartment and was still warm, bravo wish I would have caught his name I will definitely be back 😂

Donatos is very tasty and they seem to be the only chain that knows the appropriate amount of pepperoni to put on a pie. There was a problem with my online order and they fixed it quickly and cheerfully. If you are looking for a great chain pizza, this is the place.
