The cashier behaved very rudely, didn’t want to give me my sandwich although I paid for it I will never step foot in this store again, will strongly recommend people to not come here, horrible

I used to come to this location all of the time. I just waited over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I eventually asked if either of the two employees were going to help me. The lady behind the deli area kept her back turned. The guy at the register continued to help people who came in after me. I can't spend my entire lunch break just standing there. It's a shame because I really liked this location but never again. This experience was totally unprofessional. I will have to share my experience with my co-workers at Prudential. We will get our chicken for our upcoming party elsewhere. My fault. I was trying to review Market St but this location keeps coming up. This happened on Market Street.

Stop frequenting this store. They have a decent selection but the customer service is terrible especially towards black and brown people (can’t speak for my white folks). I can recall when a big racist altercation occurred between a teacher and the staff in the store and we had to boycott, false promises were made and we resumed business and now they’re back to the same practices. Smh shame on you, this business is simply money hungry with no regard for the people who keep their business afloat.

Love the deli sandwiches here! The sandwiches are prepared nicely and are always delicious! The store is clean and organized with friendly staff who are always willing to help you out. I would highly recommend this store for anyone in the Newark area looking for a quick meal.

I have tried multiple times to give them chance after chance regarding the food and it just seems to always get worse. I have gotten sandwiches that are completely wrong. Today I believe i have made my last trip. I asked for buffalo wings with blue cheese. I got fried chicken with a packet of hot sauce. It would have been better if i didnt wait forever for it to be done. If you do ever decide to order from her make sure to call ahead.

Love this location. Everyone is friendly and personable and the food is good. The owner is theeeee absolute best!.. He's well known and so accomendating to us all here at Teacher's Village. He's thoughtful towards his staff which makes Krauszers an enjoyable atmosphere daily. Jessie,the cook is so patient and always gets the orders right and made with love and Sarah is absolutely amazing,she's the go to of this location. Everyone loves her, She has a relationship with all of her customers and is amazing at customer service and multitasking . I cant see this location without her.

This place is excellent. Food is always hot and fresh. The owner at this location is friendly and always respectful. The employees are friendly and very respectful. I will continue to visit this store on a daily basis.

The food used to be really good and for the extremely high prices the quality and quantity was very good no complaints. But either there are new cooks or something that since their prices went up in December, quality is down and so is quantity. I paid $13 for a cold sub where one half was just lettuce and mayo. No meat. So if the pricese are higher I expect quality food .

I’ve been going there for a while and at 1st the food was really good, but lately they have been messing up on my sandwiches, the sandwiches are sloppy,dry, and tasteless....I took a break from them and I went back today and the sandwich was nasty

One of the bright spots in the Teacher's Village area of Newark. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable, the food they make there is great and relatively cheap, and they are one of the few places around that have paper products in stock during COVID's reign.

i visit this place very often for there sandwiches. currently they are fully stocked with hand sanitizer, wipes, masks and other necessary item. so if anybody needs them, they are fully stocked.

This location is darn expensive. Grilled cheese is now $6. This is the krauszers next to my daughter school so I'm reviewing the correct location. It went from $3 to $6 bucks. I know because I order her this every morning. This is price gouging
