They act like you owe them something. Their attitudes are horrible! Luckily I haven’t eaten anything all day or I would’ve got a refund. The lady that was cooking the food out a tomato on my sandwich (which I am allergic to) and I told her that and she told me “she was too busy” as if she paid for my food. Then she had a nerve to come and take the tomato off my sandwich. She so lucky I’m a changed woman. This restaurant deserves 0 stars!

Horrible experience. Food inedible. Workers don’t care about customers being late. Almost missed my flight for discussing food. Photo attached

Terrible. Ordered two burgers and two drinks at the airport they would deliver it to my chair. Had to wait 45 minutes. The waitress almost threw the food at me and walked away without saying anything, the drinks were missing... but she was already gone. I paid 70 dollers for this.... never again. Chicken burger was also very dry and chewy.

Unfortunately when you remove a cashier and rely on technology, the process is subject to error and glitches. I, along with a dozen others, waited 45 min for my burger at the airport and ended up taking whatever food was available, as order were not processed correctly. The food was over cooked and inaccurate. Very poor experience and strongly recommended avoiding this service.

Breakfast Deep fried bacon yuk Cold potatoes Cold toast Cold eggs I don’t mind the Q code for ordering but staff could at least acknowledge you! I don’t agree to giving the tip 1st!! I ate it because I was hungry…… Never even offered coffee. Worst breakfast experience.

Ordered pizza from Uptop pizzeria. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was uncooked on one side. I did not think you could have uncooked pizza. I’ve been surprised. Avoid at all costs. I should’ve read the reviews.

OTG owns every dining option in Newark Airport and will charge more than you would ever think possible for mediocre food. A plate of spaghetti was literally priced at $34 at one restaurant. Nearby, there was an ad for a 5 minute helicopter ride to Manhattan for $190. For less than the cost of 6 plates of spaghetti, you can fly to Manhattan and get overcharged for food that actually tastes good. Though I recommend you fly a good deal further away from this trash.

This company OTG is just awful. Not even sure where to start. Overpriced, food is thrown together, dirty areas ,service is terrible, incompetent Manger. The big question is how newark airport let's this go on or whoever thought it was a good idea to have this company service the airport. I walk away from my 35 dollar meal after a long wait, rude employee and manager that took forever to come fix the situation for a refund that was never refunded. Then I find I'm being asked for a tip at self checkout and no one even said hello to me. Shame on newark ,a real black eye for the airport. Would be cheaper to fly from Philly

Too slow for connecting flights. I had to leave once because it took over 40 minutes. The second time took 50 minutes to deliver and the food wasn't even that great. They delivered a coffee first and the remaining coffee was already cold by the time the breakfast arrived. I would not order here again.

Very expensive for ok food. Service is HORRIBLE. I paid almost $50 for an omelette (spinach. Tomato. Bacon. Ham) with potatoes and a cup of coffee. Music very loud and they refused to turn it down.

The worst pepper steak sandwich. Steak was so burnt, one piece scratched the roof of my mouth. I won't take any more risks with their food...

The staff here were some of the rudest I have ever experienced. They tried to give me loaded fries when I ordered regular and then when I explained I didn’t want them as I don’t want meat, she proceeded to go into the kitchen and mimick me to other staff. I then received meat burgers when I asked for meatless burgers and she refused to fix this continuing to claim that they were meat free. They were clearly not.

The wait staff at breakfast boli and flip flop were rude and couldn't care less that you might need to get food a little quick due to planes taking off. Everyone acts like they hate their job! Food was tasty.

Horrible service. Every worker looks miserable. Asked for water and after the 4th attempt got up and walked over to counter and finally got my water from another miserable looking employee. These guys need to learn the definition of Hospitality. But then again they manage most if not all restaurants in Newark airport and to boot you have to tip up front when order is placed. Not good!

Worst dining experience of my life! Service is horrible. My phone was dead so it took too long to figure out how to place an order. When I figured it out it asked for a tip before I was waited on or tried the food so I left. Went to their self serve store and a cold sandwich and chips was $30. I was checking myself and it still asked for a tip, seriously? Food wasn't great or anything special. I will never eat at NJ airport again!

Very slow service in the food court near gate C78. 30+ minutes for any food and they did not do a good job communicating it. I saw a lot of people walk away (from multiple restaurants) so as not to miss their flight. I paid for extra ingredients on my pizza and was told as they were boxing it up that they ran out of those ingredients. Very poor management.

I stopped for a burger and beer while waiting for a flight. They ran out of the beer I ordered, but showed up with a perfectly acceptable replacement…no big deal. The Berger was good for what it was…overpriced airport food. I really can’t complain about this spot.

We arrived at FLO at Newark airport for breakfast. A wait person told us to sit anywhere.. we looked around and EVERY one of them- available tables was dirty. We sat at the least dirty table and proceeded to order online, since this is their concept. (The server never cleaned our table). The only time anyone came to attend to us was when food was dropped off.. I had to ask for silverware as the silverware on the table was used by the previous guest.. You would have thought that would have been a hint to clean the table.. Nope! Not a fan of the absentee staff..

Always a long wait. Often times I've waited 20-30 min for food here, however today's service set the bar even lower for how awful this service can be. I placed an order online at 10:19. After waiting around a while I was told the food wouldn't be ready until 11 because they were switching from breakfast to lunch. I came back around 11 and waited and waited. At 11:10 I was told my food wouldn't be ready until 11:30. Over an hour wait after I placed the order! I couldn't wait until 1130 as I had a flight to catch. This place is a scam. Newark has overpriced garbage food options. Horrible. I do not recommend this place if you actually want to receive your food before your flight.

Idea is that you order at your seat and food/drink magically appears in front of you. Would be cool if they stocked the beer I ordered and paid money for and not bring watered down whiskey. Don't go

Some Karens just cut the entire line at the Custom Burgers in Terminal C, and I've been waiting on my food for 20 minutes. What kind of mickey mouse operation are you running?

Ordered on the flo. 17$ for advertised 3 egg Denver omelette with ham, peppers with cast iron potatoes. Came with cold tator-tots (deep-fried potatoe mash) no ham, no pepper, no fruit. Absolutely not matching the picture. When I complained food just got taken away and got taken through a complicated refund process. Got complimented on figuring it out by the staff.

Terrible. I got a burger and tater tots at custom burgers. After finally paying for my food, I picked it up and left to find somewhere to sit down and eat. The burger was tiny...smaller than a McDonald's single hamburger. I ordered an avocado burger and so it had a plop of avocado on it that wasn't even sliced up so that the burger could be closed. Finally the tater tots were COLD. I mean, not even any warmth to them whatsoever. And to think I left a tip when I paid $17 for this trash prior to picking up the food. What a complete failure of Newark Airport to resort to this iPad ordering disaster. All quality and service are nonexistent. As an airline employee that frequents this airport, I will not be back.

First restaurant had good service and good drinks, even though bartender was trying to do jokes at 7am. Dude-I’m drinking at 7 am…obviously anxious about flight and don’t need jokes. But anyway. Second restaurant-very bad. Horrible service, speed and quality (3 servers twiddling thumbs, bad taste for a simple recipe). Hate hate hate the ordering app. So cumbersome. Can’t I just give people money for things I want?

OTG is throughout the Newark airport. While it's fine for quick transactions, you may want to avoid purchasing meals. I ordered a $15 hamburger, waited 30 minutes for it, and it still hadn't been made. Eventually, I gave up since I had to catch a connecting flight.

Service could be faster, but much better value for money paid (compared to recent purchase from Gavi at IAH). This bowl was same price ~$17.00 and an actual meal!

A bit over priced for what you get . The rating is not so much on the food as it is on the service. Literally didn't even see my server until the end . Nonetheless the yogurt parfait was good.

Newark NJ airport terminal c . Custom Burgers-Eggy Weggy C1 QSR… OTG Management…. The worst food ever. Bacon was half cooked. Very hard and crunchy hash browns. Employee don’t understand English well. If I could have rated it a zero, that would have been too much.

Not only was the food pretty atrocious (stale tortilla, see picture for the amount of cheese in the "quesadilla"), the person working at the counter was aggressively bad at her job (got the order wrong, rude, extremely slow which is not helpful at an airport). I know they have a monopoly, but even given that there isn't much else here, don't go for it.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries and a coke and they automatically added 20% tip for $42.02! The quality was worse than McDonalds. At least an old couple after seeing the prices got up and left. I should have done the same. All business are trying to make up their covid losses by robbing the traveling folks.

OTG runs all the restaurants in EWR as well as the snack shops, as far as my receipts can tell me. The iPad ordering experience is miserable, the food arrives like warm since it has to be delivered from a central kitchen, and everywhere you go iPads are flashing at you. If you want $20 iceberg wedge in a loud flashy environment with a poor UX, this is the place for you. If you don't, the only option is to avoid transfers through EWR.

Awful service, long waits, staff cares but they don't have the staffing or tools to succeed. After 25 minutes I gave up and asked for a refund of my complicated order, 3 eggs overeasy and bacon? Of course the charge is still on my card - awful experience - don't bother the food is just okay and the hassle to get it is not worth the trouble

Ordered a burger from here. Waited 40 minutes while people were getting their orders before me. When I tried to ask the cook multiple times where my order was he said “it’s busy the food is coming”. There seems to be no system for churning out the food in chronological order from when it’s placed.

Prices are higher than diners in Time Square and yet the service is horrible, employees treated us roughly and they had a very bad attitude. Since you never know how good or bad their days could have been, I am always polite and treat everyone with kind respect therefore it shocks me when they bark at me without even saying hi, the attitude of OTG employees is something that shouldn't be tolerated. Worst part is that we are a party of 4 who split up to different restaurants and when reunited we found out we have similar horror stories to share. Absolutely awful experience, I won't ever spend money here again.
