Service was quick and friendly. Food was cooked very well.

I don’t feel the staff here get enough praise for the pressure they are under. Most of them are under 18 and are worked so hard and spoken to by the managers like dirt. No wonder no one smiles who works there! I have only given 5*s as the food is always fresh and hot & the kids who work there deserve to be treated better and appreciated!

Receipt on self service didn't work and they forgot some of the order. Thankfully I hadn't driven off so went back in to get it. Getting to be much slower 'fast' food. Really not bothered about Mcflurrys now, just fluff with something dumped on top, they used to be way better when if was mixed.

Usual McDonald’s reasonable breakfast, my only concern for future customers is do not park in the premier in car park. It is signposted. It was my fault. I park there for 23 minutes and I received a fine through the post for £60. Please be aware of this if you go to the Newark McDonald

App order drive through collection was left at the second window for 10 minutes as they forgot I was there!!! Six cars went pass me until I had to knock on the window and then they forgot the fries 🍟 and it was cold so had to go in for it FFS after a very long day at work

I know this is a fast food restaurant but there should be at least some standard for food and service. Had to wait a long time for food, came out cold. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for new food. No apology or acknowledgement. Very poor

Atmosphere is good , but order machines is needed to improve . I bought meal several times via self-order machine , but didn’t get receipt. So I need to take picture on the order number every time for evidence of my order. On the other hand, I cannot get the receipt survey rewards…..

Its alright i guess. Yhey struggle to read a screen with simple orders like i dunno, no lettuce amd no tomato, yet i still received them In my poorly packed bags. Please train your staff better, or get ones that are less incompetent...

Drive thru. Excellent service from start to finish. Had to wait at the 3rd window for my pie, and was given 2 because it took longer than expected. All the food was yummy. Recommend the new ruby pie.

Had no small buns so ordered a Big Mac and customised it to be more like the hamburger I wanted except the got it wrong now I have a burger I can’t eat and they aren’t answering their phone.

I can't thank this McDonald's another I broke down and was tuck here for safety n they was fantastic with me n my daughter has we was in a mess n cold they keep asking how we was. I was doing lots of phone calls so they let me charger my phone up. Thank you again

Came in to stop on the way home. Couldnt get the chicken nuggets on the self service, asked for help and the manager could not be more helpful :-) Took us over to the till and sorted us out with the order we wanted. We even got some apple pies which were originally not available on the till, and the manager sorted it. Lovely staff so helpful and friendly. Nice set up and food was as it looks on the menu. Great restaurant will come back to this one again.

Not impressed has to be one of the worst branches I have ever visited, the wait time is long, seeing the duty manager taking out slices of burgers from one bun to another without gloves concerned me, I counted three occasions this happened right in front of me where she was located at the distribution end. Please send these lot on a three month training course down south so they can appreciate how the other McDonalds cook a burger and chips and serve in less than five minutes. I wish McDonald’s would have a competition for the worst branch in the UK as this would be a very good contender.

Went last night as staying at the hotel opposite bit disappointed their was no cream for the new galaxy hot chocolates, but after being served by the most pleasant lad called Dillon we left not caring , his customer care & attitude is way above standard , so nice to be served by someone pleasant friendly and very helpful

We came in early this morning after a bit of a crazy New Years Eve, and we had amazing service. We were greeted with a huge "Good morning" as we entered the restaurant. Food got delivered quickly and everything was fresh and yummy. We were asked if everything was good and if we needed any assistance dont be afraid to ask. When we were finished and just chatting over our coffees we were asked if we would like our tray cleared away. We were thanked for stopping in and wished a great day. It was an amazing visit from start to finish. We dont usually get this sort of service from other Macdonalds, it was truly a treat. The member of staff in question im sure was called Kirsty (we heard her being shouted for), could you please let her know shes a credit to this Macdonalds.
