First & last time in this DD's I experienced a extremely stenchful homeless person sleeping comfortably at one of the tables, staff must have been terrified of homeboy to allow him to just stink up your establishment. Lord have Mercy the city of Newark needs unlimited help.

today is 11.26 2023 this store has upgraded looks wonderful now you have the homeless hanging around and in the stoe harrassing you for money they sleeping on the table where customers have to eat its a place of business its a homeless drug addicts noe she sit on her walker by the door asking for money this is unacceptable yes its cold outside but theres shelters for them and they refused cvustomers dont wanna come in have to be harrassed for money

I ordered a French vanilla ice coffee with one turbo shot she gave it to me with 3 turbo shots, then when they go to return the money they short change me the food was under cooked the Manager was very rude the shop was dirty And did I mention they left the drink the same I suggest you save your money 10:33 Am 7/20/2023

If you overlook the panhandling within the store, the lack of seating and the underpaid staff at this location, this store would still demand to be rated negative stars for being a willing participant in a racketeering scam. They are paying a "security officer" to sit in their lot and place $200 boots on vehicles if you so much as lean your head outside the fence surrounding it. They even have an ATM inside only to cater to this "convenience". The signage indicating this "law" is small and awkwardly placed around the property with plenty of blind spots as to meet the bare minimum requirement. This is the first restaurant I have seen that would only be improved by simply letting the building housing it fall to ruin. To the franchisee reading this account of a doomed doughnut stop, know that your efforts to maintain a modicum of food service are in vain and your location is nothing but a glorified parking lot existing only to further drive the surrounding communities further into poverty.

There was about four or five employees and only two customers inside the store. I still had to wait over 10 minutes for an iced coffee. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and this woman turns into the hood Vanna White. "Is this what you mean?" Yes, the vanilla frosted donut that's labeled vanilla frosted donut. Why yess, thanks Vanna! 🙄

Nice workers and clean space. Has parking and order head.

This place is the worst, please don't spend your money here, coffee it's not fresh taste like burn, the donuts are so bad, no wonder this place it's always empty

The coffee was horrible! It was very expensive and the wait was to long

So I and my frd went to grab some coffee around 4 pm today and we were joking telling the guy that we work at Dunkin in east orange can we get a discount,omg that’s was a biggest mistake,the guy insulted us so badly and I was like how much u think u take of my coffee that u will insult us like that ,we were just joking with u because we too worked at Dunkin,that really made me felt bad It’s not that serious to be so angry or rude on ur job site

Do not use any delivery service for this Dunkin Donuts! They do not put a safety seal on.the coffee! Coffee is riding in the cup holder of the delivery driver unsealed! During post pandemic and across the street from a hospital, they should know better! How hard or expensive is it to put a safely seal on coffee? Have pic as well.We will NOT order from Dunkin Donuts on 131 Bergen Street in Newark, NJ again!

They are very much over priced it's like they have they own prices,different from the others. 1.50 for some whipped cream or 1.50 for adding condiments is ridiculous. The service is ok because they have different people working almost all the time.......

This is the worse dunking donut in New Jersery. Sellers so unprofessional. They mixed up the order ignored mine and kept attending to pple who came in after me. Non of them could use thier common sense to fix my order. They kept passing blames. So unprofessional

Service is slow sometimes I get the impression that some of the workers are new and not too sure what to do. Gives the wrong orders sometimes place it piping hot in the summer ..workers are in there sweating..HVAC needs attention. The food is ok. Workers do have good personality though... will tey to assist in getting the order corrected.

This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. I left my house to give me at least 15 to be inside this dunkin and did not leave Dunkin until at least 30 minutes later. Then I got to my destination to realize my vanilla chai that I ordered was not a vanilla chai it was coffee, that they gave me instead. Just to let you know there was about only 5-6 people in this place when i first got there.

I purchased the avocado tomato toast because it was 4x the point on the app when u order ahead. I took a picture to post with this review but I don't see a way to attach it. No wonder it's 4x the points, it look like throwup.. I will try another location to see if it's different but this is the WORST! The only reason I gave 2 stats is because it was ready when I got there but the presentation left doubts about the quality. WASTE OF MONEY!!! WILL NOT EAT LEAT ALONE ORDWR THAT FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Not the best dunkin outlet. Coffee was stale unfortunately so had to throw away after a few sips, but the donuts and bagels were okay. Didn’t really feel safe/comfortable eating inside or even around the restaurant.

Terrible service. These workers need more training because they do not know how to make a basic iced coffee. Instead of coffee I got milk and when asked to add more coffee they complain and mimic the customer. My sandwiches were also made wrong and they were the basic sandwiches too. Never coming back!

Good during afternoons but the worst during mornings. You will get the same experience at every Dunkin. Trust me.

The donuts were fresh but the store was not very welcoming. The outside was filthy. The inside could have used some attention.

My cappuccino was great but they don't do mobile orders until you ask for them and its very hard to ask.

I can go to any Dunkin in NYC and order the same thing and they always get it right. In Newark it's always a problem. The one on Springfield forget about and this one on Bergen we don't steam cream here. We don't do that or this really. I can go on and on. I'm paying for it

Had to ask for extra caramel and whipped cream, and the light skinned young lady that was there today was pretty polite n showed great customer service, compared to the other young lady who seem to be rude most of the time I visit this Dunkin donuts.

Everything Fresh in the Morning. Never had to wait long to order my food or pick up thru the app. Drinks come out without a problem. Food comes out Hot.. good thing is the location is close to home n near the hospital as well.
