I would have given this a 3.5 stars if that was an option. Really nice staff which we appreciated but the towels are literally like Motel 6, very very thin. The breakfast was not a normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast, items were missing that are normally provided such as pancakes and fruit although, they did later put some fruit out. The bathtub had a big nasty gouge that someone had tried to fix but didn't do a good job. Our stay went fine, the room was clean, but this hotel does not live up to the Holiday inn Express reputation.

The room was clean but the bathrooms are too small and the toilets too low not good for health conditions! Very helpful staff really nice continental breakfast

It is mostly just like every other holiday inn express. The hot dub was not working, which we weren't told about before check-in. You can hear the people upstairs walking around quite loudly. I'm not sure who was the person setting up the lighting in the room but I feel like a few high quality lights would have been a better option over the 10 or so pretty mediocre lights they had. It was clean and was good enough to sleep in but very much a pretty standard two star level hotel.

Overall great place to stay. Breakfast was great and well stocked every morning. Dai was especially accommodating at check in. She was very friendly and willing to help us out. The only negative to add was the fridge in our room didn't work and the A/C unit was loud. Housekeeping didn't restock our towels on the first night but had no problem getting more at the front desk. With that said I would stay here again.

Property is very clean and taken care of. Breakfast was good. Cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, 3 cereals, turkey sausage, bacon, fresh scrambled eggs and juices. Nice selection and all things that should be hot were hot. Good lighting in the room and a lot of electrical outlets. The room darkening blind was great at filtering outside light at night.

The King suite is very spacious. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was easy and efficient. My wife enjoyed the indoor spa, and the outdoor pool area was nice. The breakfast was the normal Holiday Inn express quality. It definitely might our expectations, very high quality: cinnamon rolls, begals, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, biscuit & gravy, sausages, scrambled eggs, breakfast cereals, juices, yogurt and lots of coffee.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Lots of parking stalls. Bathroom is small & shower water pressure is sometimes low & sometimes okay. I guess it depends on when other guests are taking a shower. Aside from this, everything is good.

The room itself was pretty but the designer could’ve made better use of the space. The bed was way too soft. The safe was broken. The floor was sticky. Gross. We heard footsteps all night. The free breakfast was just okay. I felt badly for the older woman who was maintaining the area. J’s restaurant is the only good thing about the Holiday Inn, even though it’s not a part of the hotel.

Was in town for a wedding and this Holiday Inn Express was very close to family I was there for. I stayed here for 4 days. I found it to be very clean and a nice place to call my temporary home while there. They have a decent size breakfast buffet in the morning, which was good with a variety of hot or cold entrees. If I would come back here I would definitely stay here again!!
