Coffee shop, bookstore and ice cream shop! What a fabulous combo. Friendly staff, spacious setting. Great place to hang out and read or work. Nice on a rainy day I bet, although I enjoyed their special chai on a brilliant early summer day. Thanks Nicole and Molly for the gift certificate.

Great vibes in this place. They've got locally roasted coffee beans for sale in addition to their coffee/tea bar. Book store had a small but well curated selection including kids chapter books and picture books, both classics and new hits. My son got a Just Chocolate ice cream from Cream Northwest while we purchased some Bailey School Kids books for him. Terrific store, no notes.

Beautiful bookshop and coffee combo. Reminiscent of 90s coffee shop vibes, but with modern coffee quality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Book selection was good, my daughter was especially excited about the graphic novel selections.

We were staying in Newberg for the weekend and came here for a coffee - cute spot! Ample seating, good drinks and the bookstore is a nice addition - pretty good selection for a smaller shop. I forgot a personal item there and called back a couple hours later - they had stored it safely for me and I was thankfully able to pick it up right around closing time. Great service, great people. We'll be back if we're ever in the area!

Such a sweet combo coffee house, bookstore, and ice cream counter, I came here 3 days in a row for their delicious coffee and impeccable vibes! The Bespoken Backstitch coffee beans I purchased from there are so so good.

I just had a strange experience at Chapters in Newberg. It's too bad, because I was celebrating something, and came in to Chapters to get a nice coffee! I received my coffee and it had about 13-14 oz in a 16 oz coffee mug (my mug). I asked to have it filled up more and the worker, Kara, refused outright - she just said "we don't have any more oatmilk". When I asked again she said that she didn't have any more hot and she wouldn't heat any more, and that she had given me a full 16 oz. She was quite rude. Just to be sure, I went home and measured my cup and sure enough 16 oz would have come almost to the brim. What she gave me was at most 13.5 oz. I went elsewhere to celebrate, and sadly won't be back to Chapters any time soon.

Best latte I've ever had. Nice, quiet atmosphere. My daughter was a huge fan of the books. We'll have to come back some time to try the ice cream.

Excellent drink options, a few good choices for muffins, bars and oatmeal. Plenty of seating but often hard to get a seat close enough to an outlet in the morning as it's a well loved place to drink coffee, meet friends, and use the free wifi. Well-curated books.

Cute little bookshop, not a huge selection, but both new and used. Good coffee. Often busy during the school year, so can be loud and crowded. Shares the space with Cream ice cream, which is also very good.

I went in to get a cold brew and ordered a 16 oz. with no ice (This drink costs $4.50). They told me that they could do that but they wouldn't be able to fill the cup. I said thank you by out of principle I can't do that. My question to the owner: Are you really going to charge extra for no ice? Seems like a bad idea... Coffee Cat is down the street, I would recommend going there instead.

This is such a great atmosphere to just hang out with family and friends over coffee. It is very busy, but great service!!
