Blue Light Card Discount applies here! 2-4-1 Cocktails is an absolute treat as well! Great food and nice atmosphere. Staff were really accommodating and happy to help with anything we asked for. Couple of bits missing off the menu, but kept well inform. I would thoroughly recommend the food here! Don’t get the Mac and cheese, not worth it but everything else we had was delicious! Thanks so much!

The staff here are so helpful and put a rush on the food with the kitchen cause one of us had a train to catch. And also offered to draw us a map of the station. Food was good, vibes were lively, cocktails looked sound (and from the 2 sips I had tasted good too).

I ordered ribs with mac n cheese and I got it very fast which was great, but it wasn't warm enough and the portion was very small. It felt like a starter and I was still very hungry after it. But overall I have to say that food was delicious. I would give 5 stars if the portion was bigger and warmer.

Well this is a very popular place. It does get busy but the food is lovely and at a good price. The staff were lovely, polite and friendly and very attentive. Turtle Bay is close to all transport amenities.its also surrounded by plenty of other pubs and restaurants, if you fancy a bit of shopping eldon square close by. If you fancy a stay over plenty of hotels to choose from. I will definitely be back as I was spoilt for choice from the menu and I need more of the lovely coconut ice cream. They do great cocktail 2-4-1 till 7pm, they also serve many other drinks i have recommended to family and friends already. It's a great place to visit you won't be disappointed 😊 X Please get some salmon in for next visit.

Honestly, the best place in The Toon for a bottomless brunch. Nothing like unlimited Rum cocktails, Caribbean eats and Caribbean beats. Just make sure you get Beth C as you'll get the best service and if you ask nicely you might even get the secret menu. Could not ask for vetter Bottomless Brunch service.

First time here, staff so friendly and want you to get as many drinks as possible on the bottomless brunch. Shout out to Jayden and Jack who were spot on and always there when we needed them! Amazing food and such a good price for what you get.

Brilliant service from migle! The food was excellent and the service well it was top tier made the experience great! The big sharing board is excellent full of flavours. Be warned there is some spicy jerk sauce they use on a lot of the dishes invoking scotch bonnet chillies!! Overall great casual place with great vibe and food. They do run happy hour on cocktails which you get 2 for 1 although we don’t drink alcohol.

Went for bottomless brunch as always the cocktails were lovely. The food was absolutely delicious. It was definitely good value we never had an empty glass and the one time we were waiting a couple of minutes for a cocktail the waitress brought over a bottle of Prosecco whilst we waited. We will definitely be returning to do it again.

I went to this place looking at travel advisor review. Completely disappointed. Table was not properly cleaned, still was sticky. Not sure if the cutlery was clean. More than 30 mins to get a fish which was over cooked, or may be it was just sitting there. Pineapple desert was suppose to have warm pineapple but was cold, Ice cream melted. Again may be was sitting waiting for someone to bring it to the table.

Second time coming to Turtle Bay for bottomless brunch and it didn't disappoint! Even when busy, our waiter George came over every 15 minutes to get the next round in. Extremely good value for money and the food was again unreal! Any cocktail on the list and no limit on drinks. Our top choice for bottomless brunch and cocktails in general!

Just a cheeky cocktail and a few starters for a well deserved special late lunch for my partner and I. The food was excellent! (I've been many times and have never had a bad dish). The cocktails are above average and we got 2 for 1 at happy hour. Very reasonably priced and nice relaxing atmosphere. ... I'm going back next weekend!

Came here for bottomless brunch with my boyfriend for date night and was very impressed. The restaurant was quite busy but our waitress Lorraine remained very attentive always checking to see whether we had enough drinks and that our food was okay, she also gave us some fab cocktail recommendations! Would 10/10 recommend. The food was fantastic too! x

We visited Turtle Bay during a one-night stop in Newcastle on our trip, and what a gem this place is! Loved the Caribbean vibe, the lively music, the food and the excellent service! We ordered a Coca-Cola whilst deciding what dishes to have, and I loved the glass bottle it was served in! Funky concept. We had the garlic pit prawns and crispy chilli squid for mains - the prawns were a-ma-zing! You could taste the meatiness of the prawns and the softness of the melted butter over the flatbread. For mains, we ordered the Jerk Salmon with spiced fries, and the Salmon Curry. Both full of flavour, the fries were delicious. Loved the customer service, the staff were friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble for them, always serving us with a big smile! I highly recommend this venue and the extra point goes for the fact that they're open until 12.30am on a Thursday night! Thanks, Turtle Bay!

Went for the bottomless brunch and didn't have high expectations for the speed of service or quality of the cocktails. Service was fantastic and we always had a full drink, cocktails were beautiful too and they had a huge selection. The food was lovely and came quickly! Well worth the £32 each.

They don't mess around when it comes to bottomless brunch! Amazing selection of cocktails, high quality dishes and super speedy service so you get your moneys worth (I think we got about 8 cocktails each!). Staff are super friendly and cater to your every need. 100% the best bottomless brunch in Newcastle and 10/10 would recommend!

Who would have thought a Wednesday afternoon in April could be so much fun! Birthday treat from my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time. Looked after superbly by Rosie for our 2 hour bottomless brunch and shout out to Dan in the kitchen for the excellent meal! Then looked after at the bar by Jack and Gilbert as we made our way through the rum menu!! All these guys are a credit to you!! Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning again!! Well Done!!

Tried the famous bottomless brunch. First impressions were the Jamaica themed decor, nice atmosphere, and a warm welcome from the staff. We were served a cocktail straight away, and the cocktails kept coming for the full 2 hours we had booked the table for. The waitress was on her game when it came to getting our orders in, even though it was a busy day and all the tables were full. The cocktails were full of flavour and not shy on the sprits. I opted for the burger as part of my bottomless brunch, and if i am honest was a bit bland and the fries on the side were not included. I wish i had tried one of the Jamaican style breakfasts instead.

Visited last night for a meal with my husband. We’ve been before and each time the food has been delicious. We’ve tried something different each time and have never been disappointed. Everything is cooked beautifully, the kitchen staff are superb. I’ve attached the one photo of the food I took (inhaled the rest before the thought of a photo crossed my mind) which was my sweetcorn fritter starter. But it, and my main of Trini prawn curry, was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Run BBQ ribs and the meat fell off the bone. Our server last night was Will, food brought out quickly to us and he checked up with us to make sure everything was good, which it was. Mocktails and cocktails were lovely as well as the food, so big thanks to the bar staff also. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, even though it’s often busy. Even when it’s pretty full the staff are friendly and attentive. Niall is great and although he’s constantly doing jobs across the restaurant, made time to chat at the end of our meal. Overall, another brilliant experience dining here and will be back again.

Best bottomless brunch I have been too. Service was amazing you never saw an empty glass... staff very attentive. Decor is gorgeous and toilets were spotless. The cocktails are amazing and I love how you aren't limited by what cocktails you can have. The waitress did say for quicker service all have the same cocktails but Mum stuck with the gin one and we wanted to try others. Food was delicious!! Not too spicy but definitely had a kick. Will be returning.

We went to turtle bay for my father's birthday celebrations. We didn't expect much but we were actually pleasantly surprised. The curry goat was flavourful, tender and spicy. Mac and cheese was good. Not as cheesy as I'd like but it hit the spot. This place is popular for their cocktails. They're good but expect to pay around £10 for their 2 4 1 cocktails and about £50 for a meal for two. Overall okay value, but I liked the food so I would recommend it especially as there are not many carabean restaurants in Newcastle

Went for bottomless brunch with friends. Food was great, cocktails were fab. Freddie was our server, he was amazing. Made sure we never ran out of drinks, was very attentive to the tables he was serving and was really friendly and chatty. We'll definitely be back.

So disappointed to see that this Turtle Bay is nothing like any other or what it used to be. There is NO VIBE! No bashment playing or any caribbean music, mainly garage and old school rnb from the 00's. Don't think there was a DJ or playlist as music kept stopping after a song. They no longer make magartitas and the staff were too busy having fun and busting jokes between themselves in front of the kitchen while "cleaning" cutlery, than going around tables and offering or encouraging guests to continue buying happy hour drinks. I came out for drinks but the waiters were busy with each others and not paying attention. I'm from london and came to newcastle for the weekend and left disappointed as it is my favourite restaurant. And the garlic pit prawn was sooooo oily, i could only eat one.

I came to turtle bay for my 1st ever bottomless brunch experience and I wasn’t disappointed, the food was really nice, a taste of home as my heritage is Caribbean, the drinks variety was very good, a wide range and my waitress Courtney at the Newcastle branch was very fast with top ups and very polite, she was great. would definitely come again.

Had my 2nd bottomless brunch here on bank holiday Monday and it was great. The cocktails are delicious and my Jerk chicken wrap was yummy plus the Jerk halloumi was beautiful. The staff were great and the music was like being back in Jamaica or St Lucia. Such good value for money too. We all loved it
