Great bouncing fun for kids and families. £20 for family ticket for 1 hour, socks not included (£2 extra per pair, although slightly bizarrely we were able to swap socks from rival trampoline companies for free). Entertaining safety briefing lead to 60 mins of bouncing around. Multiple trampolines, foam dive pits, high dive boards, basketball hoops and tightrope lines. Free water fountain and lots of space. Lockers for valuables. (£1 refundable). Don't take your keys in your pocket as the foam pits are only emptied once a week. Good fun, recommended!

My daughter loved it ❤ we had a fab time. The staff are all lovley it's a really good day out for the kids to let out some energy. They even have a soft play which is also reasonably priced and of course there is also a little cafe so going straight after school with the kids is no problem. We would definitely recommend this trampoline Park and soft play area . 😀

It wasn’t easy to find. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t open. So we ended up using the soft play area which is only open children 8 and below. Staff were helpful. The information online was hard to find and definitely needs improvement.

This was brilliant - only thing is when booking one or the other (soft play or trampolining) be prepared that the kids can see the other so might want to do both - although soft play definitely looks like it is geared more towards smaller ones - but despite looking like it's in the same area they are separate - so my smallest was desperate to go in there but my oldest one was probably too big really..just worth knowing if you're visiting - café is good & venue is clean & staff are helpful & friendly - parking is easy!

The gym is fairly small. They are limited to the amount of bodybuilding gym equipment that is available so sometimes you'll have to improvise. The dumbbells go up to 36kg. There is no seated weight row machine or hyperextension bench for back workouts. The gym has recently added a punch bag but is relatively light so may break if punched hard enough. There is a good amount of cardio equipment. The showers, toilets and changing rooms are cleaned regularly. You get 3 hours of free parking so there should be more than enough time to complete your workout. It's an OK gym but the price is a bit high for what you get in my opinion. If you live locally and are a beginner to the gym this place is ideal. For more serious gym goers I would suggest going to either Men at Works or Marley Gym which both are only a short drive from this one. There is also a 24/7 Pure Gym only a short drive away from here but parking is an issue.

Gym receptionist make rules as they go along. The manager seems to look more confused each time i see him. Gym price is far too expensive for a gym of that size and equipments in. The male gym instructor is top man as he's very motivational and helpful that is the only reason that makes me go there. There is a female instructor who is there she is ok but soon as you go to ask her a question she starts hoovering and cleaning but she's good. Would of gave a 1 star but I'm giving it 2 because of the gym instructor and I still feel a bit bad for the low rating. The manager should take a few tips off him and make the place more vibrant and welcoming.

I booked here no problem, got a message while parking the car that they are closed because of wind damage and my booking has been cancelled, fair enough. However after they don’t refund me. They add a credit to your better account. An account I only had as mandatory for booking. Emailed customer service and she said they don’t offer refund and If I wanted a refund I have to go through a certain department, very passive aggressive. The link she sent me was SO CONFUSING to get a refund I just gave up. I shared the feedback with the rep but she didn’t offer to help me she didn’t care at all. Just be careful when booking. They don’t care and won’t refund you. The facilities are generally good Staff unhelpful and rude.

Smaller scale trampoline fun, not overcrowded and bright. Term time is cheaper currently, only £5 per hour per kid

Great fun for the kids. It is quite expensive for an hour but the kids love it.

Very good soft play, but it would've been nice if the session was longer than an hour for £5.50

It’s best a bit expensive but they let you be there for long enough

We used the soft play. Amazing value for money at £2 per child. We will return.

Great place, SEN sessions thursdays after school, booking system a nightmare, needs addressing. Requiring DOB for each carer is a joke.

Nice place, I've never been where I felt it was too busy. Only negative is the shop prices £1.5 for a standard KitKat.

Had my son's birthday party here on Saturday, he loved it and so did all of his friends. Party was priced well, great value for money.

My children love visiting this place, shame they couldn’t be there longer for what it cost you for entry.

The toddler sessions are great - we both have a good laugh (the safety video makes me squirm with the bone snapping noises though), use some energy and have a lot of fun with friends. The cafe is OK, the changing rooms and lockers are great. A little expensive, but once you have the socks, not so bad.

0-2 play area not much for the babies to play with other than padded soft play area could do with more equipment

  • 4/5 claire k. 2 years ago on Google
Good place for kids of different ages. Soft play and trampoline Park in one and party room available to book, we have just yesterday booked my little boys 4th birthday here. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the cafe had very limited choice and I found expensive for what we got. It was very busy to, but we don't have anything else in our local area for kids. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

My toddler loved it. The toilets could do with some cleaning. There's a nice little café on site

8 YEAR OLD CHILDREN NOT WELCOME IN SOFTPLAY! After the website and the reviews stating it was for children 8 years and under we thought we would try this out. We got there only to be told that “the 8 year old can’t go in” when she was stood right next to me making her feel absolutely awful. Would never have considered this place if the correct information was displayed and I certainly won’t be returning with the younger children.
