Handy for me and local for my dog food, aquarium stuff, fish food & wild bird food. Staff are always helpful, and good discounts if you're in Jolleys pet club 😉

McDonald's, British heart Foundation and jolleys are here, it is always busy to get in with McDonald's drive through being placed near the car park entrance. Not a lot of spaces outside British heart Foundation or jolleys but plenty spaces on car park next to them on old go outdoors sight. Often get people hanging around on the carpark.

Called in to McDonald's to give 3 of my grandchildren a treat after a trip to Rothbury returning via Hartburn, Belsay and Ponteland. Nice day out.

Managed to find what I wanted there. Parking was a little cramped at a busy time.

Jollyes here well stocked compared to their other store though both stores are hard to fault also easy access on and off A1 makes it a handy stop

The macdonald is just what you need before going to the airport! For cheap food compared to the £7 for a bacon butty in the airport.

McDonald's, BHF, Jolleys all good Stores plus a large factory unit (former Go Outdoors) opening shortly.

Macdonals food terrible. Very slow in service . parking a joke and far to many delivery drivers waiting around. They need to find propper employment. And stop scrounging off the state. There more like holiday workers eating the deliveries. Lol

Went to Go Outdors but found that this has now closed, nothing much else here. A BHF charity shop, a pet shop and McDonalds is it. A mile or so along the road is another shopping area but again not much here.

Plenty parking and friendly helpful staff. Good shop, and you can get some good stuff, although some prices are high. They have plenty of good priced bones and bits for animals. Well worth a visit.

Fan9range of goods and with the discount card (£5) unbelievable bargains. We spent 3 hours here just going through everything. Parking very easy and close to the door. Staff are very helpful and were always very busy restocking where possible so shelves were full. Cycling range was a little disappointing but l suppose theycant stock everything. Definitely worth a visit and they uphold their price match promise, do your research before you go.

Out of town retail park with motley collection of stores for pets, walkers and fast food enthusiasts. You'd not choose to spend much time here, but sometimes it happens. Plenty of parking. Usually a queue for the drive thru.

It's got a maccas, bhf furniture store and a petstore. Very friendly staff in maccas and the turnover of food was immense. Don't be put off by the many Uber East's guys hanging around it's no problem. Pet store was good and had Royal canin if that's the type of thing your cat likes.

This charity shop offers a range of furniture. I was looking for sth temporary and was able to find decent quality items for next to nothing.

This is quite a run down Retail Park, but well worth a visit to Go Outdoors which is unfortunately closing down soon. There is also a large pet supermarket selling a wide variety of pet food and accessories. However, the prices of most items are way more than you would pay in a supermarket or other well known pet store and the layout and tidiness of the store leaves a lot to be desired. Not really worth visiting this park.

We bought a new Rucksack - for my husband- and new walking boots - for myself- from this store in January. In March we used them on the south West Coast path. They were both excellent. Your assistant Ivan was an experienced walker and climber and gave us excellent advice . Thank you very much ! We are thrilled with both purchases and are sure we will use them a great deal. X

First time I've been here, and to be honest it was only because I needed to take my new puppy to a Jolley's store for her second pup vaccination - I Googled it and this was the closest branch to where we live 🤷‍♀️ Major hike to get to West Denton Retail Park by car on a red hot late-June Friday at rush hour, so it's not a journey I'd thoroughly recommend to be truthful, but Jolley's was a great pet store, I was really impressed at the size of it and all of the choice of products once inside! About WD Retail Park, we only actually went in the one store, but to be fair there's loads of parking (and a McDonald's next to Jolley's should the need arise) so it's possibly a canny place to shop if you live closer! 😂

Got takeaway from mc Donald, one of the window staff was very rude, there was rats all over the place opposite jollies, will not be back soon.

Nothing better than being stuck in a carpark entry way because of a McDonalds drive thru traffic jam
