Brilliant start to your holiday. All the spirits are branded names. Unlimited drinks and food. The staff are very friendly. Place is kept spotlessly clean, staff are coming round constantly clearing up the empty plates and glasses. Complementary WiFi and have a quiet area

Total waste of £80, will never book again.very crowed. Food very poor quality and tasteless, and long wait when bring fresh out. Massive queue for drinks then only allowed 1/2 pints (even watery blackcurrant and water).

Food choice is horrendous. 2 dishes. 1 pasta 1 vegetarian option. No draught beer/lager. Bottle of Tiger or Sol. Not worth the money. Don’t bother

A filthy dump. They can't even manage a decent coffee. If you're flying business class with an airline from NCL you'll be sent to this hell hole. Don't bother - they prioritise people who've been tricked into paying for access and 90% of tables are reserved for them.

Always try to go to lounge before flight! They accept Barclays Dragonpass so that's always a plus. No booking required when we arrived but it soon got quite busy by 1pm. Food was excellent. Complimentary drinks were great. Would like to maybe see a pink gin and American whiskey available at some point! Thanks again!

After our last visit the lounge has had a makeover, there's more room ,the food was beautiful as usual even at 4 am when it opened . All the staff are really friendly and helpful . Aspire lounge certainly got our holiday off to a very relaxing start .

Great experience in the Aspire lounge on Wednesday morning. Had early 6am flight to Amsterdam and lounge now opens early enough to relax before flight. Excellent cooked breakfast with Cumberland sausages. Staff were great keeping everything tip top and plenty on hand to provide assistance when required. Great start to long haul journey to East Africa. Well done.

My partner and I are both Priority Pass annual members and pay for this membership each year yet every time we go to Newcastle, they reject as we haven’t made a booking. This is the 4th time this year this has happened. This morning there were 2 people in the lounge and they said no as we did not have a booking and they “might” be busy. When I asked could we sit in for 20 minutes before our flight took off and they could kick us out if they got busy it was a No. Never had this experience in any other Priority Lounge. Unaccommodating service and rules and no one who actually cares to give quality customer service.
