Tried
to
book
an
appointment
yesterday
as
I
have
an
ear
infections
that
is
causing
my
ear
to
bleed,
not
huge
amounts
to
where
I
would
need
to
go
to
a&e
but
bleeding
is
never
good.
I
went
to
the
walk
in
clinic
and
they
told
me
that
I
would
need
to
see
my
GP
to
get
an
ENT
referral.
So
I
call
them
at
8:50
barring
in
mind
they
open
at
8:30.
Can't
get
an
appointment
until
next
month.
I
explain
to
the
receptionist
that
my
ear
is
bleeding
so
waiting
a
month
isn't
really
an
option
to
which
he
agreed
with
and
suggests
that
I
ring
back
tomorrow
to
try
and
book
an
emergency
appointment
that
are
only
available
on
the
day.
Thinking
it's
a
bit
odd
that
he
is
suggesting
call
tomorrow
as
opposed
to
today
to
confirm
what
time
I
can
ring
from.
He
confirms
that
it
open
at
8:30
so
ring
any
time
after
that,
meaning
that
today
the
appointments
had
all
gone
in
20min.
I'm
also
I
type
one
diabetic
so
thought
whilst
I'm
on
the
phone
I
should
book
a
diabetic
check
up
as
I'm
due
to
have
one
soon
and
if
the
wait
is
a
month
I
should
probably
book
one
now.
To
which
I
was
told,
well
you'll
be
seeing
the
GP
tomorrow
so
there's
no
point
in
booking
an
appointment
now.
Tomorrow
comes
and
I
try
again.
I
start
calling
from
8:25
to
make
sure
I
get
seen
to.
They
don't
turn
their
phones
ON
until
8:35
and
then
I
have
to
wait
another
10min
before
someone
answers
it,
to
be
told
they
are
fully
booked
try
again
tomorrow.
2
days
in
a
row
I
have
called
before
the
GP
has
been
opened
half
an
hour
to
be
no
appointments
try
again
tomorrow,
what's
the
point
really
