I went in today around 2:00 with my friend, he tried to buy a game that was listed on sale for 17.99 but since that morning had went back up in price. My friend would’ve still been happy to purchase the game and wanted a different game had he not been spoken down to by a guy at the till. He was antagonising and provoking while we left and we will not be returning back in. I understand it’s Christmas and stressful but there was no need to be spoken to like that

Went to buy hogwarts legacy and sonic frontier , your app didn't work, couldn't find the sealed box of a brand new game and service was appalling . Staff was useless and unprofessional . Be a long time before I use you again and you lost a £90 sale from me. You need to sort your staff out and have new games available before you lose customers.

Staff unnecessarily combative, came into get a switch case after I left mine at home before a trip. Because of that wanted to use it pretty much straight away asked for a bin so the cardboard could be recycled leading to a very audible sigh and mumbling. Felt like i needed to apologise for purchasing something for the inconvenience caused to the teller.

Smells like a dirty bedroom and the staff are ablivious to it. You can't go in without that sweaty smell smacking you in the face... staff are also unhelpful if your asking a question about a product and always come across too busy to help when standing playing on a steam deck... not professional at all.

I had been watching this matchbox set in the window before Christmas it was £49.98 ,so I decided to just wait and see if they would reduce it in January ,but to my disgust they have added a £59.99 price sticker and are now saying it’s reduced to £49.48 which is total garbage,I’m reporting them to TS .

Absolutely shocking! I went to purchase a set of headphones which were on sale and then had the sales assistant rip the sale sticker off the box and refuse to sell at the sale price. She then went and got the store manager who said they don't care how that makes customers feel. Both workers of the store I talked to today had terrible attitudes and even worse customer service. I never bought the headphones and will no longer be a customer of the store. Making customers feel like they are being ripped off for the sake of £5. Shocking! This will be another reason no one shops in stores anymore with service like that. HMV on the other hand couldn't have been more helpful.

The lady at the cash desk became rude once I said “It’s okay” to “I can sign you up for the loyalty program”. She then gave me my change, and the items without a “Thank you” and rolled her eyes in a displeased way. I am not obligated to have a membership to shop and haven’t had any issues before. Is this how you treat customers without wanting your membership program?

Absolutely appalling how they treat customers there…I went to the tills to make my purchase the women was rude, she asked me if I wanted a loyalty card and didn’t mention anything about paying extra and when I pointed it out as she put it on my receipt, she was saying how she told me and I just thought she forgot or something and when I asked her to take it off she looked at her other staff members and gave them a eye roll and her friends laughed. Absolutely outrageous, my friend wanted to go back and complain to them but from what I see with these reviews they obviously don’t care. Will not be buying from this branch again!

Asked about headsets, and was told "I don't do headsets" and pointed to where they were! Totally unhelpful and rude. For that she lost a decent sale, because we would have purchased more than a expensive headset.
