Another place I've never been. But hey, you went to the trouble of looking at my review so lets make it worthwhile. The national floral emblem is the golden wattle. I'm no expert so I'm happy to be corrected if the images are not the golden wattle. There's a pretty good chance of getting it wrong given that there are over 1200 known species. That number will continue to rise as we learn more about this complex continent. They are often found in the harshest of environments and reliably give a soft beautiful flower. Most often yellow but in Qld there is a beautiful red flowereing species. Nearly all of these acacias are endemic and have their own special characteristics just like all the crazy animals in Australia.

Huge hooray for the team at Norris who helped me go from washed up mermaid blue back to a reddish brown. They helped with a whole tonne of advice from how to use the colour remover, to what colours would work once I'd stripped it. They've helped me a couple times now and I really appreciate their expertise and how helpful they are explaining the science behind it so I understand what I'm doing. Thank you!!

A non hair dresser here. Went into Norris today to try get a product to pop into my hair so my regrowth wasn't so obvious until my hairdresser had an appointment avaliable to touch my roots into platinum blonde (dark regrowth into nearly platinum blonde. It was a look). I talked the sales ladies explaining this. They were lovely and very helpful. They swapped what I had grabbed, saying what I grabbed was too dark. They gave me a 6.38. I thanked them and went on my way. Fast forward to tonight, the colour is darker than my regrowth which also has red tint (the sales ladies kindly informed me this was the hardest colour to bleach and that the one they gave me had gold instead). I sent a photo of the colour tube and my hair to my hairdresser asking what the impact was. They replied saying they gave me a permanent colour and that she couldn't bleach it out as it would only go orange and I would have to grow my hair out before we could go blonde again which I am devastated by. The education at this store needs to be address ASAP. I am heartbroken over this. I could not have made my hair goals more clear and they couldnt have steered me more wrong.

Found the staff a bit rude and judgemental. They were able to give some advice and had the product I needed, but otherwise was not thrilled with my experience here.

Very helpful staff, gave me good advice on lifting my hair colour. Great prices too. I ain't trynna go to a salon so Norris is CRUCIAL to maintaining my blue af hair for the rest of my life thank you very good

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable were more then happy to help. The young lady understood my needs and taylored the right solution for me. Looking forward to my next visit.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Completely disregarded my questions. Do not waste your time going to this establishment.
