I’m very disappointed the food was full of girls hair and it’s have a chicken feathers I tried to talk to them and they told me they can’t do anything about it ,,worst Oporto experience ever 👎👎👎

Food is different from the regular options for fast food chicken and a pleasant change. Do read the board correctly as things can be different such as BBQ sauce on Chicken and Cheese burger 🍔 is standard so gotta request the change. Service was as you'd expect for young people running a place and they were very polite and friendly. Overall good for a change. The fake plants around head height on the seats need to be fixed up so they don't stab you in the back of the head. May have to have a chat with management about that as the front of house staff aren't able to change things since the last time we asked.

Was absolutely appalled to hear management yelling and swearing at staff members while waiting for an order. So inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not be returning, I’ll also be making a complaint to head office so hopefully no other staff member can be treated poorly by the franchisees.

Burger fell apart when i was trying to eat it, the chipps where soggy a with no salt. And the same as my daughters meal the front counter staff where friendly when i was served

Went through drive through. They forgot drink with my meal. Drove back through and said you forgot my drink. Handed over drink and walked away. No apology. How hard is it to say sorry?

Solid bondi burger I must say great customer service by Hannah I think her name was cheers .

Bondi burger, crumb on chicken was mushy, the sauce had also made the bun soggy, overall very soggy and mushy burger, i have had these before from other locations and are always good, this tripple bondi burger was very dissappointing.

I see other reviews that are a bit harsh on this place. I've never been served bad food from them personally, the only reason I dropped a star, is because I did have an employee once be a little obtuse. But still go there regularly, and have not personally had any problems, just good old Oporto.

I walk in today and was really happy with Oporto today and I thought I should skare the experience Very Clean though out When I walked to the counter greeted me nicely Called me Paul when it was ready it was made quick The Chicken Salad was great Every thing was great Well done

I suggest the restaurant updates the trading hours, I went there at 9pm on a Thursday night and it was already closed after the website states 10pm. Not happy.
