The Chantilly team are the kindest group of people I have interacted with. The environment is just so lovely and nice. I visit Carly at the Toronto clinic and it’s always my favourite experience. I’ve been having monthly visits for my acne and always get the best results!! I feel like I am personally cared for and she always makes sure that I understand and feel comfortable. I can always trust and understand the products and treatments that I’m being recommended and know that I’m getting quality services. Looking forward to my next relaxing visit.

Had my ombré eyebrows touched up which cost $350. Wasn’t happy as the colour hadn’t taken so booked in again to get them fixed. The assistant charged me another $100 to fix her mistake, I spoke with her stating I didn’t think I was going to be charged for her mistake. She shoved the payment device at me saying no you need to pay. I left very angry & confused. Needless to say my friend & I won’t be returning. Save your time & money & look elsewhere.

Great service, Kate was very knowledgeable, explained the process to me. Made sure I was happy with brow shape and fullness before proceeding. She explained the importance of after care and what to expect in the time after the procedure. I was given an after care sheet and told I could contact the salon if I had any concerns. My brows have healed nicely. I highly recommend this business.

Chantily is very professional. Had skin needling done by Carly and am so happy with my how my skin is looking. Although not the most comfortable treatment, Carly always makes it tolerable and gets it done. She is extremely knowlegable with all the products for getting the best results and advises what i should be using. I love coming to seeing Carly for a chat and feel relaxed after i leave. I dont know what i would do without Carly at Chantily.

Have been going to Chantilly for 6 months now to help with my acne and Bek is beyond brilliant! She's helped so much and been so kind and thorough in everything she does. My skin is healing and looking amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my skin!! Have also had my brows laminated and waxed with Chantilly and they've turned out beautiful everytime.

The queens of skin & brows!!!! Without a doubt Clare has got my brows and lashes looking the best they ever have. The most perfect shape with hybrid tint always! Biggest shout out to Carly - I have a DMK obsession and glowing skin from the personalised at home skin care routine she developed for me and the regular enzyme treatments. Love visiting the beautiful Toronto salon!
