Kids love it . However would benefit with a deep clean . High chairs, equipment dirty. Fans lights and inflatables inches thick in dust. Kiddies area is a hazard and should be closed. Fire exists are obstructed or blocked off. Harnesses frayed and not tagged. The more I look the more I can see. Disgraceful

went here with the kids 2nd week of January weekday (first time), being a school holiday period it was crowded for me. The place is huge! which can make it hard to keep track of your kids (mine was 7 & 12 so no biggie). They serve food and drinks as well to cool down for the kids and coffee for us guardians, lots of seats but you might still find yourself sharing a table. prices from $11/hour- $45/3hours weekend. I think they can still put some safety precautions in place, my son hit his foot on a wood at the end of foam pit, there are wooden corners as well that are exposed. It'd be cool if they can also add a shower or two. Anyway, my kids had fun, they also think the place is really cool. Good place to get them tired and socialise.

Terrible Place! Each time we've been bad stuff has always happened. With poor staff response. They didn't have proper medical supplies, when my younger sister had her wrist broken. And one of the employees just shoved paperwork in our faces as we were trying to leave. I'm very disappointed in the service.

What a huge venue for children this is, expect a queue at the front just to get in. Management need to focus on training with the teenager staff as there a quite a few reviews on the lack of training with their team and only reflects the management ability.

Fantastic birthday party! Yesterday we had our son’s birthday party here. We did the DIY on the mezzanine. Everything on the website was very easy to understand and explained really well. I had no questions before booking! After booking the communication was great. I received confirmations and had a phone call a few days prior to the party to verbally confirm and go thru anything I needed to. I didn’t need to, as it was all very well managed. I recommend getting there at least 15 mins early to sort out wristbands etc as the lineup at the front desk can get very long. We found the place to be well set up, clean and well maintained. New things have been added since we were last there a few years ago. It’s great to see this and we will definitely be back again! Thank you for such a smooth process and a great day!!!!

My son had his party this-afternoon and we had a blast. Emma, Courtney, Amara and the Ella’s went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Sarah has also been amazing in helping me to plan the party. Seamless experience and I’m very grateful as the kids had a ball! My son loved his Revolution party.

Our kids had a fantastic time at a friends birtday party. They were so engaged. Waiting time is a lot.

My kids , partner and I went on Thursday night and had so much fun and the male working was so helpful and had amazing customer service thank you. We will be back again

Staff are fabulous! Manager & team leaders are wonderful. So helpful with everything we needed. Kids had a blast and facilities were on point, awesome food too I rate the coffee.

This place is incredibly big!! So many things to do for very active kids.

Had a birthday party here for the money that was paid we were not really impressed with catering, for 15 kids we Were given 1 jug of apple juice and 1 jug of Lemonade does not go very far with that many children and then told we had to pay for extras the chips we received did not feed 15 children. We were not told What wrist bands to use on the hour's given nor told when food or cake was given just put in the room then told not long after we had to move out for the next party.. Personally would recommend doing a d.i.y party if planning on going here get more value for money. Also need to Focus on training at the counter Very slow and unorganised

Kids had a ball but the girls that work there need to start dressing appropriately Bum cheeks handing out and you can see everything when there bending over a table to wipe the table. Disgusted in their outfits
