Sophie and team did the essential paperwork and advertising of our property and completed all necessary paperwork and advertising in a very limited time. The team was able to provide a tenant for one of the dual occupancy in around 2 weeks, with a rental income at par with market rates. They are working hard towards getting a suitable tenant at the second dwelling. I currently have a property managed by Valley for the past one plus year. Any maintenance issues are promptly dealt with and escalated as need. We are updated via property me app. The team is dedicated and their work is commendable. Keep up your good work.
