Staff very obviously make assumptions about people and then follow and harass people which makes them feel uncomfortable and inevitably leave the store

Come here on Thursday 20th July 2023 at about 1:55pm after having the most discusting and unprofessional customer service at Woolworths in this shopping centre 5 minutes earlier and got wonderful customer service from the beautiful young girl on the service desk who sold us what we were needing at least these team members are polite and friendly and don’t have staff members who are on a power trip and letting their promotions go to their heads , Thank you to this young girl for her wonderful work and we definitely will be back again , Highly recommended. 🩷 Aimee Stromeier

Coles a favourite shop for that quick shop and helpful staff I was just visiting but pleasant time had

Every time I use the self checkouts I get treated like a potential thief, despite coming here multiple times a week. Be great if staff didn’t jump to assumptions about people

Staff are rude, make assumptions about people, handling food inappropriately and unhygienic, worst experience ever.

Big selection of household groceries, only 1 thing I don't like the isle setup it's long and if you don't know your way around you can go up and down if you don't know where the products are,I believe it would be better if half way along each isle separate openings would be helpful does anyone else reading this agree with this

Last Sunday we had a family get together and ordered a box of wraps from the deli. Rebecca's wraps were ravishing - flavoursome, nourishing and well priced. Thoroughly recommend them

Visited the Coles at Charlestown on Sunday 12th November and was forced by an employee to use the self checkouts. It was around 7pm and the employee was quite rude with the interaction, so you can check the cameras. I don’t believe Coles should force customers to use the self checkouts. Will not visit the store again.
