Thai
is

far
my
favourite
food
and
I
have
been
visiting
and
enjoying
the
food
at
kinn
Thai
since
they
opened.
They’re
food
is
amazing
but
of
recent
times
not
as
good
as
what
it
has
been
and
the
service
is
now
just
appalling.
I
have
been
for
quick
lunches
and
long
dinners
4x
in
the
last
fortnight
and
would
consider
myself
a
very
regular
and
good
customer.
I
enjoy
to
sit
and
talk
with
a
glass
of
wine
without
being
rushed
to
order
instantly
(they
should
know
this
after
4x
in
a
fortnight
right)
the
staff
have
asked
me
to
order
4x
in
4
minutes
in
recent
visits
to
the
point
I
have
not
enjoyed
myself
and
been
forced
to
order,
eat
and
leave!
Last
night
I
took
14
guests
for
my
birthday
and
when
asking
staff
if
they
could
do
a
stir
fry
from
the
menu
but
add
noodles
to
it
(instead
of
ordering
rice
on
side)
they
declined
my
request
and
told
me
they
were
too
busy.
Another
person
at
the
table
asked
for
something
that
was
on
lunch
menu
and
said
they
would
pay
dinner
price
but
this
was
also
declined.
Again
we
were
rushed
to
order,eat
and
leave.
I
felt
I
should
politely
tell
staff
how
I
felt
about
the
service
and
they
smiled
and
laughed.
They
told
me
it
was
managers
discretion
to
do
something
like
add
noodles
to
a
stir
fry
and
I
said
this
was
not
ran
by
management
at
all
(again
the
waitress
laughed)
I
feel
very
upset
with
the
service
provided
by
the
staff
and
most
of
all
the
lack
of
care
to
turn
the
experience
around
so
I
would
continue
to
return
on
a
regular
basis.
I
work
in
customer
service
and
always
acknowledge
and
tip
great
customer
service
when
eating
out,
I
have
not
ever
felt
the
need
to
tip
staff
at
kinn
Thai
as
I
honestly
feel
like
they
want
customers
to
leave.
I
also
watched
half
a
dozen
customers
be
turned
away
at
8pm
as
they
“close”
at
8:30pm.
That
would’ve
been
hundreds
of
extra
dollars.
Get
with
times
kinn
Thai
and
open
to
suit
your
customers
needs
and
the
industry
you
are
operating
in!
Poor
Service
Experience!!!
