Get
what
you
pay
for.
This
hostel
is
a
unique
one.
For
the
type
of
place
it
is
(very
old
building,
with
interior
embracing
that)
it
is
good
for
providing
things
to
do.
At
check-in
it
was
nice
to
be
told
about
the
different
activities
and
places
to
see
in
the
area
and
a
lot
of
the
walls
are
full
of
things
to
do
and
places
to
see
which
is
great.
They
have
a
pool
table,
table
tennis,
table
football,
dart
board,
TVs
etc
to
keep
you
entertained
on
site
and
also
offer
free
surfboard
hire,
free
bike
hire
and
there’s
a
chest
full
of
different
balls
you
can
take
out.
So
the
hostel
offers
a
lot
in
this
sense.
However
this
hostel
is
rather
basic
and
old.
Only
1
toilet
for
each
gender
on
the
ground
floor
where
there
are
6
bedrooms
and
by
the
stairs
for
the
kitchen
so
you
have
to
wait
a
long
time
to
use
the
bathroom.
Not
the
cleanest
place
in
the
rooms
or
the
showers
but
the
worst
part
is
the
kitchen.
I
picked
up
a
chopping
board
that
was
swarmed
with
ants!
There
are
bugs
crawling
from
under
the
microwave
and
on
the
floor.
It
is
grim!
So
just
make
sure
you
clean
all
utensils
and
cooking
area
yourself
before
you
prepare
any
food!
I
do
like
that
there
is
a
basket
for
any
free
food
where
people
won’t
use
it
all
and
want
to
give
it
away
etc.
this
place
facilitates
this
well
to
reduce
food
waste
which
I
like.
Ultimately,
aside
from
bracing
yourself
for
lower
standards
of
living
for
a
bit
and
the
grim
kitchen,
my
stay
here
has
been
pretty
good.
Enjoyed
all
that
was
on
offer
and
seen
more
in
Newcastle
than
I
ever
realised
I
would
due
to
their
helpful
info.
