Took 3 months to cancel my partners membership while they charged him for it and now cancelling mine as the womens amenities have been out of order (no light in shower, taps off wall, broken lockers) for over six months management continues to say they will fix but do nothing. Save your money and time. Much better gyms out there with working equipment and amenities

Gym has a decent selection of equipment. However, they are really lacking when it comes to cleanliness. The floors throughout look like they hardly ever clean them. The bathrooms and locker rooms are very dirty, and all the equipment is dirty as well. They obviously do not clean here. My shoulders smelt like 100 different peoples sweat and cologne after doing 3 sets of front squats.

DO NO SIGHN UP WITH GENESIS!!!!! I sighened up when I was 15, I went for 3 months then moved away up near Queensland. ovisly I forgot about the gym and I'm fairly sure that I cancelled my subscription. witch deffinly wouldn't have been longer then a year because I was broke 15 year old. but now I apparently owe $1136.75 for a gym I haven't been too in 3 years.....DO NOT SIGH UP FOR THIS SCAM

Genesis is a great gym, friendly knowlegable staff and instructors. A good selection of group classes and time slots. I like the sauna and steam room. The online booking system is easy to use and they accept fitness passport.

Started gym at Genesis to improve my general health. I really love it. The staff are amazing.

Love this gym! Instructors a great, classes are awesome. Gym is well ventilated and lots of equipment. My only complaint is that I feel the ladies toilets need to be cleaner (or people using them) and new toilet brushes required in all the cubicles, otherwise TOP GYM & PEOPLE !!!!!

I’m a member at this gym and was very excited that my parents are now joining the gym too. When I joined, I got a walk through your, and sat down one on one with an instructor and talked about the type of membership. However, disappointingly, my parents did not get the same. They were told they were “good to go” after receiving the FOB. They’ve left confused and anxious about entering the gym. On a lighter note, the classes are wonderful and very inclusive and attainable

I love Genesis! From the instructors to the quality of the equipment, the availability and type of classes, the value for money, the courtesy from everyone also the layout of the gym, everything in there is amazing. in 2022, I'll complete 10 years of membership and could not be happier with that place. :)

Friendly helpful staff. Very genuine in their efforts to give you all the encouragement to make the move towards fitness. Looking forward to the Seniors B Active classes and the Zumba!

Great place to work out. Good range of machines and there is always something available to be use whenever I go. Staff are very friendly and more than helpful for a first time gym user such as myself. I would certainly recommend to my family and friends.

Great Gym that offers something for everyone from just starting off to the hard core fitness fanatic. The support from the staff is fantastic. They really know their stuff and are super supportive and motivating. Absolutely love the Coaching Zone the added challenges keep you on track to reach your goals.

One of the best gym’s I have been too! Has a lot of equipment, doesn’t feel jammed in, has great bathroom area! Great for the girls wanting to get ready for work after gym sesh! As it has hair dryers and straighteners, showers! They also have for everyone steam room and sauna and monsoon shower! Really lovely looking gym! And lovely staff! 5 stars!

Awesome facility and friendly staff. The choice of Nautilus machines and such a large gym makes this one of the best in the area in my opinion.

Its nice that they have a sauna. A lot of the equipment is out of order and most of all they are ridiculously hard to get a hold of... you would have more luck contacting aliens from another planet then this lot.

Good floor and the facilities are ok. Great people! The best aspect of this gym is the classes and cafe.

3 times so far we have been in so called manned hours to join up and no one was there we were wanting to join up 3 memberships but no one serves people there apparently or goes home 45 mins early to advertised staff hours

Fantastic facilities, great staff, 24/7 with a membership and great price. Having every class included being able to do some many things or no extra cost is probably the best part of the gym. The personal trainers are excellent too.
