Out of 4 dishes and $97 later only 1 was 'just ok'. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon pick-up I wasn't acknowledged they just pointed to the bag on bench, I said thank you and left. Getting home 2 of containers were open so food was cold. Spring rolls were terrible and also cold. We had ordered soft shell crab and ended up with a container of mostly just rice. (Expensive rice) We also ordered duck pad Thai which as you can see in picture, not much duck, no veg just a container or noodles (expensive noodles). Sorry to leave such a bad review but I spent sooo much so I expected more.

Great lunch specials, chicken cashew with chilli jam is superb. Very fresh vegetables, staff are lovely and efficient. Decor basic but restaurant is always clean. Highly recommended.

The food is always very freshly cooked, good variety of vegies, tasty, and very modest prices. They can adjust how spicy you want a meal. Beats a pub meal anytime, away from screens.

When placing order, i was very clear on what i wanted, a friend picked up the order and did not check the contents, once contenta were opened we realised that was an error, i rang them back to explain my issues, they hung up on me 3 times as i was explaining my concerns. On top of that the food was a disapointment! Definately will not be recommending this place, nor will we be buying from them again.

This place is GOLD!!!!! Wow I could actually get a menu without going to Google and visiting an app store and downloading the app then downloading the menu app then downloading the menu!! Phew!! Unlike another raymond terrace Thai resturant I'll not name right now.. anyway 5 star review ladies your food rocked my world im a Thai cuisine man now. That was so good!! And the Thai Spring roles OMGGGG!!! ❤

The ladies that operate this business are lovely people. The food is fresh and perfectly cooked. Their lunch special is unbeatable value. If I could eat there every day I would. You must try it!!

I absolutely love this restaurant! Hands down they do the best satay dishes and pad Thai. The serving sizes are generous and the food is always packed full of flavour!

I'm a house/dog sitter. I travel quite a bit. Just got back from Newtown/sydney where there are a plethora of thai eateries.Only one of them did larb gai (thai chicken salad) and it was pretty ordinary. Today i found this GEM in Raymond terrace...its real. You have to wait a little bit for this salad, say 7 mins.but its all made fresh. That's why its hard to find in sydney. Its simple, brilliant Thai. The girls working there are thai village cooks = brilliant. Never known a thai village girl who could not cook this well. Its so good i'm going back tomorrow. I've been to the place up the road. I'm no thai chef, but i can manage that standard with the help of valcom pastes and coriander. I smiled when i read one of the reviews "pricey" hysterical a meal of this standard for under $20???? Lol. You get what you pay for...and what does a full blow out at maccas cost (besides a gall bladder attack).

Recently went here for lunch for a late mothers day meal. It was on closing time,but they welcomed us warmly.excellent customer service. Meals were served quickly.i ordered cashew nut chicken and my daughter had the pad thai. The food was delicious.very fresh.the decor was nicely done. Highly recommend this restaurant

I honestly don’t know how to rate this Restaurant fairly. We have had takeaway (delivery) twice now. The food is outstanding, large serves, fresh veges and.plenty of meat. Stand out dish being the Chilli Basil Noodle (hot) and the food was delivered on time and piping hot. The trouble I have had has been with placing the order over the phone. Both times I have had the most painstaking experience trying to have my order understood , not because of a language barrier but because the young girl on the phone was not able to communicate effectively. I’m not sure what the barrier was but it was honestly infuriating. I’m very patient and both times I’ve had to ask to speak with someone else. Lots more training for phone staff would make the process so much easier.

After getting through the most difficult conversation with the girl who answered the phone who was completely incompetent to take a simple delivery call. We ordered 2 serves of chilli jam noodles that we have had in the past and absolutely enjoyed. Received our order and after the driver was gone and the shop had closed for the day realised that our order was wrong. My partner went without dinner and I picked off the meat from the meal I received as we had nothing else. We dicided to pop in the next night and ask for our original order to be replaced. I took back one entire unopened meal and the soup portion from the other meal to show it was uneaten but all we were offered as ompensation with was one serve of our original noodle order. Pretty average customer service to people who have enjoyed supported their local business

Amazing food and fabulous service.

We came through Raymond Terrace on a Monday evening and settled on this place. Had a couple of entrees and a soup in the shop and took a couple of mains for takeaway. The mixed entree, satay chicken sticks and soup were all amazing, the mains (pad Thai, pad see ew and a pork belly curry) were good but nothing to right hole about. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive and would definitely eat here again if we’re passing though again.

I ordered seafood laksa for takeaway. Very pleasant environment to wait in. Laksa was served in 2 takeaway tubs - one containing broth and seafood and vegetables, the other the soft and crispy noodles. Mix and match at home. Absolutely delicious. Seafood plentiful and very fresh. Broth spicy but not overwhelming. Plenty of noodles and the crispies were crisp. My partner had a mixed entree - yes, everything fresh and tasty. Customer service was dreadful. Paid $24 for an adult side meal, got a kids serving. Was told if I want cheaper go chicken after I explain I paid for duck and veg and got nearly any veg. I would have been very embarrassed to serve this to anyone and to top it off they gave me 1 plastic folk only which broke as very nasty cheap. Could not pick up a thing. Had to use my fingers and drink soup from bowel. Never will I go back. I don't eat very much at all . I was still so hungry after I finished. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD! We were driving through and needed to get some dinner as we were arriving at our destination quite late. We arrived at the restaurant at 5.05pm and there was one other family in there at the time. We waited 15min to be approached to order, I even went to the front counter and was told to sit back down and they would come to take our order. We have a one year old, 3 and 7 year old who were starting to lose patience by this point. Once we finally ordered I notice the other family that was also in there, had their food that wfinished and ready to go out, sitting on the counter for more than 10min and no one taking it to their table. We waited for 50 min before I went back to the counter and asked how long it would take to at least get our entrees, I was told 2 min. Then about 5 min later only one entree came out and then we were told that the soft shell crab my husband ordered wasn’t available! It was 6.15 at this point and we were absolutely furious! This meant my husband was not getting any dinner and neither was my 1 year old as we head to get back on the road and as soon put my baby in the car he fell asleep. I told them we were having everything take away! When I got to the car to give the other kids some food, they had forgotten some of the order so I had to go back and wait even longer! Absolutely disgraceful, why wouldn’t you tell someone as they ordered that you don’t have something available! The chicken skewers were half grilled then put in the microwave! I am so furious! Will never step foot in here again!

Really disappointed with our experience. We came here on Valentine's Day purely because this place had such good ratings for food and service and left with utter belief on how the night went. Our drink order came out wrong but that was OK however after 40 mins 1 of our 2 entrees came out. In that time a couple had sat down next to us and had ordered and then 10 mins later our second entree arrived. Still waiting for our mains to come out we then see the couple next to us have their mains come out before us! About 20 mins later we then finally receive our main however it wasn't both of our mains just one and sure enough by that time the couple that arrived after us had finished and gone. We watched all night the waitress coming out with food and having no idea where the food was going and then taking the food back to the kitchen it was a huge mess for service. My partner got up and asked when our other meal would actually arrive they told him that it was coming very soon yet we still had to wait another 15 mins. Once again in that time the ladies next to us just had to laugh as they had all been in the same situation, another couple actually walked away without even paying for their drinks because of the service. After sitting there for and an hour and 45 mins with not even been asked if we needed another drink or anything we finally received our last main. On Valentine's Day I would of loved to of had our meals together finish on time and actually go for a walk and really have a nice experience but this was not the case. If it wasn't for all the other people in our situation to have a laugh with (there was quite a few) this would of been one of the worst services I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I hope you guys sort it out in the kitchen and service when it's busy nights. Get your table numbers right get your orders in the right time line, people are notorious for people watching and if they see someone's food come out before them and it's almost the same dish then they will get mad and make sure that when you bring people's mains out, that they receive all of it and not at different times.

Favourite local Thai, its all excellent

The food is really delicious and the staff wonderful. They have both phone and online ordering as well as dine in. They make food to suit some special needs. The cost is about average for their meals.

Always good food here, fresh and tasty

A great little place. The food is always amazing. Quick friendly service. Prices are fair and serving sizes are generous. Place is not always comfortable (small uncomfortable seats and lack of decent air conditioning) but definitely on my favourites list and a must check out for everyone.

Decent Thai food, Good service, can be somewhat expensive and the food is not amazing compared to other Thai restaurants I've been to. I was actually overcharged there once, so make sure you ask for a receipt!

Best Thai food we've had. We've tried lots of Thai places, nothing beats their food..fresh vegetables and seafood..COCONUT LIME PRAWN, STIR FRY(GARLIC & PEPPER/OYSTER SAUCE),FRIED RICE, SPRING ROLLS, LAKSA..To Die For! Very friendly and accommodating staff..Cheaper than what we get in the city so that's another bonus! I highly recommend this place..thank you for a hearty meal..will come back again! ☺☺

Ordered online, I had minor confusion about the earliest time I could pick up but I think that's for the website vendor to sort out! Food delicious and fragrant, easily comparable (taste and price) to what I have had in Sydney. The staff were very pleasant and professional.
