Upon inspection of previous feedback this property seemed like a good option, Modern rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay at a reasonable price, Only criticism would be there was a lack of any warm or welcome upon arriving, bathroom was not cleaned very well, hairs and stains all over toilet which does make you wonder about the rest and beds were VERY FIRM and not very comfortable at all Also lack of little things that are important to guests like bottled water, PowerPoints beside the bed etc.

Lovely rooms and staff let down by the Management who don't have the common courtesy to repond to emails addressed to them regarding an accident I had in the very "tight" carpark you need to use for access to motel.

Such wonderful and kind service shown towards my mum and I. We are so grateful. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Easy parking, a great location and a very convenient (15 min) drive to John Hunter Hospital.

Used to love this hotel until I had housekeeping clearly move and go through my belongings after staying a few days. One morning I had two housekeepers having a conversation outside my room when I asked them to be quiet they were incredibly rude and continued their conversation. The staff then told management I had abused them when I had my 8 year old next to me the whole time. The staff are shifty lying people and whilst the hotel was lovely I will never stay there again after being treated like this

Lovely rooms. Very clean, extremely well presented. Check in a breeze. Location very central. Parking is also very convenient. Get here early though because check in closes at 830pm and so do most of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The lady on phone when I booked late in evening was lovely and helpful. Our room was clean and a reasonable size. Would return and stay again if in Newcastle.

Easy place to stay. Price is Reasonable. Beds were average.

Stayed here the night and woke up covered in bites. Found bed bugs nesting under the mattress and black mould on the pillows when I removed the pillow cases. Avoid this place like the plague, literally…

All seems lovely and new. However we have found the beds and pillows to be incredibly uncomfortable. We woke at 4am and left based on the fact we were so sore and needed Panadol. Rooms not soundproof and heard kids screaming half the night. Balcony a waste of time, no shade no view. Nice service.

Stayed over the weekend .The room was clean& the bed was super comfortable. The owner was so nice & very accommodating 😊 Would stay there again!

4.5 stars A good value, clean, and wonderfully managaged motel. The pros are: * large clean rooms * great staff who are responsive to requests * very close to Diggers club and restaurant * maccas a ten minute walk down the road * large rooms catering to people with wheelchairs * new feel * nice bathroom fixtures * nice big TV and good wifi * great parking right near the units. Cons: - No family-sized units - No oceans views! But then again, it is 15 km from the beach Seriously, it's a great place. I would definately come back.

Clean and comfortable. Great bathrooms and big TV's. Couple of small issues but overall a pleasant stay. Hotel located on top of the carpark adjoining the Diggers. Lots of parking and easy access. However, navigating the carpark in a large car was a bit of a nightmare.

Very impressed. Great service. Room was clean, modern and large. Awesome firm mattress. Clean bathroom. Excellent access to the club which had excellent food and excellent staff (we're even vegetarian). All around, highly recommend! We'll be back.

Large super clean rooms. Crisp white bedding. Fluffy pillows. Amazing staff ready to help in any way. Fly bridge over to a club which offers meals, drinks etc.

Yeah you wouldn’t have anything in my name my cousin inlaw jake Evans, cause I couldn’t make it there at the time they were booking in, I’m sorry I ain’t getting mixed up, it was an older guy he said he had problems with locals and turned me away and said, I had a guy dressed like you and I had to ring the cops on him at 3am cause of complaints he was being loud so I am sorry but it was you guys and it’s disgusting how they treated me, doesn’t matter if we’re locals I can spend my money on whatever I want regardless if I’m local or not he’s a deadset embarrassment to your company and yous should have him dealt with I was keen to stay the have a relaxing night with the wife and son but yous will loose money and your reputation is on the line and yous have that guy at the desk it’s definately a bad look tell him to get some respect and morals!

Modern and clean rooms. Smart TV with streaming apps available. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. One point of improvement is the signage in the car park. It doesn’t tell you where is the exit if you are at upper levels.
