This café doesn't even have toilet rolls but only use napkins. The water tap doesn't shut tight, water running all day long since last visit

Absolutely wonderful staff. They work really hard for their customers and make excellent coffees. Extra friendly towards children with is great to see. Clean and easy environment. Wonderful place to stop off for some coffee and cake.

A friendly and busy Costa in the centre of Newcastle under Lyme. Good WiFi and a great atmosphere.

Such a slow service, my warmed apple tart was cold by the time the drinks were made. People in the queue behind me getting served before me when we're all waiting on coffee is very annoying

Not one of my favorite Costas, the coffee and food are of standard, but perhaps due to it's location it always seems to be very noisy and untidy. It's busy of course, but little about the layout helps, tge staff always seem very rushed in there, perhaps more needed and its old calm the place down. Very small for a town centre plot aswell. Toilets are tiny, cramped, often unclean and pretty much out the back where the staff are in and out, seems an odd gripe I know, but I'm just adds to the feel of tge place not being quite right.

Walking down to the town and popped into Costa on Morrison car park for a coffee ☕🌞☕☕☕☕ flat white what a nice cup of coffee. Staff nice and happy and helpful. Restaurant nice and clean. If you wanted something to eat a good 👍👍👍👍👍 range of food.

Had an amazing experience at Costa yesterday. I was having a really bad day, and the new store manager Aleah really put a smile on my face with her bubbly attitude and talking to me about my day. Even though the store was busy I was properly taken care of and my drinks were made to an amazing standard.

Always use Costa Coffee where ever we are mainly because we know that we will get the same service, food & drink and the same quality and standard clean throughout including the toilets .

Quick service, lovely lady working the late afternoon of Janurary 13th (5pm). My son threw his dummy and straight away she came over and offered a cup of boiling water to for me to put his dummy in re-sterilise it after it being on the floor. It's staff like this that gives you a positive experience and makes you want to come back. Credit to the coffee shop she is!

We always call into a Costa Coffee because you know what the food and drinks are going to be like the staff are always polite and friendly. I have got just one problem no loo brush like a lot of places not sure I like this idea.

Slow service. Dirty looking inside. Hot croissant but over done to point of not eatable

Worst Costa Coffee I've ever been to. Queued up at the counter, as girl was serving a customer in front of me, then passed it onto a young lad to continue his order as she went off doing other stuff. The lad then went into the rear of the store, the girl walked past me and tidied the front of counter up, leaving me in 'No Man's Land' waiting to get served. After about 2 minutes, ignored, I walked away. I shall NEVER visit this store again. You don't deserve the custom. Ignorant Staff, No Atmosphere.

Costa Coffee is a great coffee chain that offers good reliable coffee across the country! In my experience, most if not all of their food is either covered behind glass or wrapped in cellophane covers. This is a massive plus point especially when compared to some other competitors that often have cakes within the area one in the queue may cough over. The seats are usually comfortable and the food is consistent and of an acceptable quality for the price paid.

I really liked this place. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I liked to try new things. Today I ordered berry tea. I like to drink it from a glass to see the beautiful color of the tea. Unfortunately, I have got a very dirty glass. I thought the ladies just didn't notice. It happens. I asked to change my glass for another one. But for some reason the lady gave me an ordinary cup. I still thanked and went to my table. And how surprised I was when the cup also turned out to be dirty. Then I thought that maybe it has such a color from old age and I poured some tea into it. The cup immediately turned pure white from the hot tea. I didn't drink tea from a cup and went to ask for an ordinary paper cup. The lady barista looked at me with surprise. I went to my first day in college with a bad mood. I hope that this situation happened by accident. But I will not visit this cafe any more. Very sad.
