Kidsgrove Ski Centre

Ski club

👍👍 A great place to learn to ski. All the ski instructors are very helpful and friendly. It's a great community slope and has helped me learn to ski. Me and my son now plan on joining as a member so we can ski most weeks. Really good place and anyone considering learning to ski this is a great place.... People often mention friendly,

Great club and outdoor slope for freestyle training and competitions. We had a fantastic day at the oatcake jam 9.0, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a friendly competition

Lovely location, dedicated freestyle slope and good size main slope. Staff are friendly and I can’t really complain at all, just wish it was closer to me!

Who would have thought this was where it is! Driving through a housing estate, walking down a steep hill (take care) and finding a Ski Centre! Superb staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Will visit again 🙂

My daughter is a newbie to skiing and is learning with school ready for a skiing trip. The staff/volunteers are amazing. They are so patient, understanding and helpful as my daughter is finding some aspects tricky as a beginner. They have praised her humour and her ability to keep going which has helped her confidence.

What's not to love about this place? Everyone is incredibly friendly and the instructors are always patient and supportive. I first learned here when i was 16 and it was the same atmosphere, frankly amazing that they've kept that ethos for the 25 years since and now I'm returning to it. My daughter's have both learned here recently and loved the experience. It's such good value and i much prefer the matting to the criss-cross stuff.

Teacher was brilliant. Equipment good and the cost of lessons are the best I have seen . If you want to learn to ski this has to be the place to learn . Also the club membership is very reasonable for a single adult or even a family. All the equipment is provided apart from clothing. If you’ve ever wanted to learn and thought it’s too expensive then your wrong lol Also it’s virtually impossible to get injured as it’s like play grass with a top layer of wet carpet. It’s even safer than snow.
