Nice reclining chairs and nice selection of snacks available. Great place to watch a movie. But next time I'll take advantage of the accessibility viewings for my two children who have particular needs.

Considering it took us 45 minutes to get there, it was well worth it to take my 2 year old daughter to her first ever cinema trip to see Paw Patrol. The seats were amazing, much better than any cinema I've ever been to! Not only were they spacious, but they reclined!!! Food and drink as with most cinemas was pricey, but all in all, an amazing experience for my daughter who loved it from start to finish!

The Vue Cinema in Newcastle-Under-Lyme offers a delightful cinematic experience, surpassing expectations in various aspects. The standout features include the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who enhance the overall movie-going experience. The cinema maintains impeccable cleanliness, reflecting a commitment to hygiene standards, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The specially designed wide and plush seats demonstrate careful consideration for patron comfort, providing a luxurious movie-watching experience. Another highlight is the generous space between aisles, facilitating easy navigation even during peak hours and preventing unnecessary crowding. In summary, Vue Cinema in Newcastle-Under-Lyme proves to be a top-notch choice for a stellar cinematic escape, catering to both cinephiles and those seeking a pleasant night out.

Liked the experience. Modern cinema now distorts the sound in my opinion. A disabled friend of mine had a choice of sitting on front row and straining his neck,or slowly climbing steps to get a better view. Took a bit of effort. Something to think about in modern cinema design. Seats are a massive improvement on those of the past.

An absolute treat going to Vue Cinema Newcastle Under Lyme to watch Mario movie with the kids. The seats, wow! Wide comfy recliners. Recliners!! They even asked us to leave rubbish so they could recylcle. I had to tell my kids not to tidy! The screens were big enough to sense the big screen and auditorium nice cosy size so not lost. A very enjoyable time out together. Thank you Vue. Same again with Barbie movie. Great movie and brilliant cinema!

Very comfy seats. Great screens. But the audio was so loud it was painful and the sound quality was bad. No treble. Small bass all distorted mids. Also the actor who shouts at us about our phones is not funny but rude arrogant and insulting. Completely ruins the movie. The food and drink is completely overpriced so we bring our own.

Cinema itself is good. Foyer was clean and so was screen 8. Lots of leg room and reclining seats even for the cheaper saver seats. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the cleanliness of the toilets. Wet floors and toilet paper in the cubicles.

My first visit to a cinema with reclining seats and I was blown away with how spacious and comfortable it was. Bit of a trek to the toilets though so if it's a long film - time it well!
