Boycotting this Morrisons. Went in on my work break today for something from the bakery. Didn’t even have anything so went to leave and the security scanners started beeping, security guard called me over and went through my bag and asked to empty my pockets. Never felt so humiliated and intimidated as a young woman!! Went through again and the scanners didn’t beep so obviously it was the people in front which he didn’t stop 😠

Very poor customer service at petrol station, very condescending to my pregnant partner, provided no help whatsoever when a fuel pump wasn't working and it took a member of the public to explain that they weren't working for us to get anywhere and the members of staff behind the counter spoke sarcastically about "you have to press the button that says pay at kiosk" as if we hadn't already tried that. Extremely disappointed.

Morrison's in Newcastle under Lyme offers a fantastic shopping experience. Friendly staff, great variety of products, excellent prices, a large car park with EV charge points + a petrol station on site. Highly recommended!

Went shopping at 5pm. Morrisons, Newcastle, offers a huge range of good quality products at competitive prices. There is adequate parking, and a cafe in which to take time out with a coffee (come before 5 if you want cooked food.) Staff were pleasant, and helpful. BUT the store was really cold.

Had a very poor breakfast at Goose St, all cutlery was dirty, mushrooms undercooked, ended up just dipping the sausages in the beans. Sausages were quite nice though. Worse of all was the 'deep fried' fried bread. Come on, It isn't difficult to do a fry up!!

Just popped into Morrisons for breakfast and it was a very nice breakfast, 🥓🥓😋😋cooked nicely and the breakfast tasted great😋😋😋. The price of the breakfast was very reasonable. The self-server was very easy to use. Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would have breakfast again.👍👍👍👍👍

Definitely more staff needed in the cafe,, the trays were not clean and there were no knives/teaspoons available. There was no working coffee machine and the mugs were either chipped or dirty. Sorry I bothered.

Good service. Unfortunately unable to find an empty cardboard box for shopping. It's difficult to push a wheelchair and a trolley at the same time.
