Not happy at all. Polish peeled after just one week, had acrylic nails before and they last ages!! Never go there again!

Customer service was is terrible 😑 the man with tattoos rude unfriendly and didn't speak word of english.. He mumbled under his breath he also had some sort of attitude problem not once he smiled most dreadful experience I've had ... certainly wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately 😕. Disappointed ! I would make a suggestion to management some training is required for up skilling your members of staff on customer service courses perhaps 🤔...in all fairness only member staff was friendly and helpful had etiquette was the Asian lady whom I originally made the appointment. Hope nail creation take above as constructive criticism.

Absolutely brilliant service I’ve had over the years that I have been coming into the salon! Nails are always done to a great standard. Would 100% recommend too anybody💅🏼

Lady who did my nails was arguing on the phone the whole time and managed to cut my cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding - terrible service. Won’t be going back

Went in for removal and polish, it's stated as £10 and I repeated several times I only wanted polish. Get to the end of my service and im charged £25 because she decided to give me shellac halfway through.....rip off, and the nails aren't even shaped correctly and are wonky.

Got acrylics, they cut my fingers in three places whilst filing, the nails are fat and uneven and a few hours later my nails are aching severely from being over filed. Have added image below of what nails looked like once they grew out so you can see the red rims from over filling and the damage to the nail bed.

I have been going to Nail Creation for several years now they are amazing, I usually have Sara but all the staff are excellent. I never have to wait and all the staff are really friendly and welcoming. My nails are always lovely and I have never had any issues or problems with them I always get lots of positive comments from friends about how nice they look. Love that they are always up to date with the products and are always having new nail colours.

Fantastic service as always! I get my infill, occasionally toes painted and my eyebrow tint and shape done here! Always really welcoming and have a chat with you. Would recommend as always happy to welcome walk in business as well! Thank you Natalie and the Nail Creation team - see you soon
