Went on a Thursday evening with some friends. Excellent place for shopping. Variety of branded shops and have good deals. There is a big play area for kids as well. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended if you are after branded stuffs for bargain price.

A very well maintained mall. Lots of different types of stores. Ample parking but toilets are all upstairs making if difficult for disabled to access though Costa have their own loo.

More than ample free parking. Very clean. One stop shop. Bargains to be had saying that we had a nasty experience when we called into Hallmark cards for a birthday card the price above the card stated a price of £1.69 but when we tried to pay the girl behind the counter told us it was over £3 when we told her of the price up and the 50 percent off she told us that the £3+ was with 50 off ??, Wasn't too impressed, was the confusion ment to be there, told the girl no thanks, just round the corner the card factory where we obtained the card without the confusion and a good price. Cafés, children's play area. A very pleasant experience. Another thing to spoil our experience was when we used the burger bar for some dinner and wished we had not, we ordered the share box and what we tasted was disgusting, it all tasted the same, greasy, when we asked for coffee was told wasn't any. The Caffe adjoining this burger bar is ten times better value in every way. This burger bar is a once in a lifetime experience, nasty, saying that, the staff were friendly, shame about the fare. The five star is for affinity, only two stars for the burger bar and hallmark cards.

Nice place with a little bit of everything. My only complaint would be the H&M store. 🥺 It was full of old tatt. Ample parking.

This place is getting a good range of shops now, the Nike shop is mega busy, get there on delivery days to get any kind of choice. New clarks shop is coming soon, that'll be good. Staff are polite, place is very clean, food is good other than Burger King (every meal I've had there hasn't been warm enough and slow) good local shopping. They even have events hosted here with Characters from film and tv. There is a large carpark with disabled and parent-child bays and wheelchair accessable entrances.

The restaurant upstairs looks impressive. And the food looks good. But be careful with the breakfast. The sausage is really cheap and tastless, as were the beans, and the mushrooms were like hard rubber. The bacon was fatty and the eggs seemed to have been from the display. Very disappointed considering we've had decent food here in the past. Probably won't be going back. It's also expensive for what you get.

Very good shopping experience. The Saj beauty shop is also very good with excellent customer service and nice eyebrow wax and thread service. Excellent variety of shop options including a large Home Bargains store. Affordable all day breakfast option in the food court.

With Hanley "duck" not being quite how it was this and Festival Park are my new 'local' favorites. So many shops in a lovely outlet, I've not yet found one bad thing to say about the place. Heard the Manager is amazing and it shows in the way the place is ran & kept. You'll find all sorts here from designer shops to your quirky shops.. again, lovely place to be.

Good place to shop. Entrance at top end is flat and has two smaller disabled car parks either side of the entrance. Wheelchair access is catered for. Unfortunately due to the popularity finding a space to park, as big as the car park is, can be problematic at peak times. The entire building houses units for outlets, and its all kept well presented.

Shopper's delight with a variety of stores offering discounted prices. Great selection of brands and products. The layout is well-designed and easy to navigate. Ample parking and clean facilities. The only downside is occasional crowded periods. Overall, a fantastic retail destination for bargain hunters.

Visited a couple of days after Christmas and it wasn't overly busy which I felt was good given the current situation. Some nice shops and the only thing to let it down was the espresso coffee shop where not One member of staff wore their masks correctly, ( only covering their mouths ) also we specifically asked for a latte with skimmed milk due to my partners condition, only to be told, when asked which one was the skimmed milk coffee that they only had semi skimmed !!!. We won't be visiting that coffee shop again. Toilets were very clean so overall a good visit.

Always come here for Pavers shoes! A compact shopping centre that doesn't overwhelm. Loads of parking, a small food hall, childrens play area - currently a huge sand pit, complete with deck chairs for adults. A good selection of shops many of them outlets - H&M, Nike, M&S.

Not bad shopping centre but could do with bit of painting and upkeep on outside and more control over disabled parking as some do abuse it or park without badge display should be fined or given warning then if repeated then fine or impose clamp or something to deter also need more disabled bays

I love visiting here, all the shops are occupied and there is a great selection. The cafe upstairs has fantastic food, especially the cakes at reasonable prices. They make lovely tea and hot chocolate. We always manage to get a parking space and it is free.

Visited here while we were staying in the area, the Nike outlet is fantastic here and on a weekday it's not too busy, it's just like any typical outlet shopping center and it's in doors which is a bonus in the colder months, free parking!

Great shopping centre to take my mum and Nana for a little afternoon out. They enjoy the choice of shops and always have a nice lunch at the upstairs cafe. We have been a few times whilst there were events on, and they always seem popular with kids. The only thing I'd like to see is wheelchair hire close to the entrance by Home Bargains. Having to walk all the way to Bon Marche and back again to drop off the wheelchair is a pain. There is often a wait for disabled bay to park in, which is frustrating. But, overall, we love visiting every now and again. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Not a bad shopping centre, not very big but it has some decent shops. Including Nike outlet, sport direct, beauty store, home bargains, good for a quick visit. Also has burger king up stairs. Can't go wrong👍

I went to shop in the large Home Bargains with my friend. It's lovely, especially coming up to Christmas time. Thete is a huge selection of decorations and Xmas lights, all at affordable prices. I love the fresh food selection in there too. We both bought new cat litter boxes for our cats. Such a great price. We went for a coffee and muffin at the barrister coffee shop. It was a lovely morning out.

Easy access off A500. Good, free parking. Easy to navigate inside as it's one big circle of shops. Toilets clean. Decent selection of shops. Food and drink are available. It's not a "spend a full day there" place but enough for a couple of hours.

Very poor now not like it was years ago bad for people who live well out of stoke-on-Trent. And to arrive there and its not much cop to shop there so on that very disappointing would not return sorry.

Indoor shopping centre with a large free car park. Clean and well maintained inside. A good range of outlet stores and a couple of cafes and fast food places. Not very big, we were only there an hour or so.

Lots of shops, nice place to have a mooch for a few hours. The ice cream place at the entrance is delicious. Beauty outlet is a favourite of mine.

Not a bad place for clothes shopping, Nike clearance store always busy, as is home bargains. Ample parking, 3 cafes, and outdoor clothing shops, and we visit regularly

  • 3/5 Jordan E. 1 year ago on Google
I usually enjoy a treat here. It's my go to place but this time I felt like an inconvenience because they were only open for another hour and a half. It felt like they wanted to empty the place and clean up ready for home time. It's never felt like that before during the day.

  • 5/5 Phyllis H. 1 year ago on Google
A smaller shopping centre although there are a lot of really nice shops. A few walking shops, some really good dress shops, a couple of sportswear shops, a shoe shop, a Home Bargains and a few occasional shops. A coffee shop and a couple of eateries. Good parking area and all shops under cover.

  • 5/5 Leila K. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a few shops here to easily spend about 2-3 hours I'd say. There's plenty of places to get food, drink and coffee from and a soft play/kids area upstairs. Community warm space upstairs too to chill and work in.

Great place to spend a couple of hours shopping and having a cuppa and a snack. Nice Costa coffee and a little soft play area upstairs for the little ones.

Love Affinity for a nice chilled out mooch around. Always head here for Home Bargains and Card Factory. Nike shop is great and there's also a Costa. Great location for me and the free parking is always a bonus. Plenty of places to grab a bite or a drink and lots of different shops to look around. Also love the activities they put on for the kids in the holidays 😊

Great place. Love that they have salt rock shop 😁 few food and drink places. Lovely ice cream stand. I am not a fan of shopping centres but I really don't mind coming here as it's not too overcrowded.

  • 5/5 Lauren T. 6 months ago on Google
This shopping centre is fantastic! It’s quite a busy place! Free parking, a few places to go and eat! Lots of discounted stores throughout. Lots of shops generally such as the gift company, sports direct, m&s outlet, nike outlet, next outlet, home bargains, starbucks and more!!! I took my mum hear and we both managed to pick up lots of bargains and had a great time.

  • 5/5 Caroline 10 months ago on Google
Not a great deal of shops here, but what is there are very good. I like the fact that it's a small shopping centre rather than a massive one like the Trafford Centre. I can always find something to spend my money on when I visit, and it's never overcrowded, even at Christmas.

All the shops are boarded up or selling off their stock because of closure. The only place thriving is Burger King but unfortunately they put it on the top floor so it makes it difficult for fat people like me to get there. The highlight of my day is experiencing a luxurious mechanical massage which feels like laying down in a scrap heap with bits of metal poking up every orifice.

  • 4/5 Diane L. 6 months ago on Google
Only small compared to some outlets. I wouldn't like to travel a long way to visit, but for us locals who have Affinity on our doorstep, yes, it is good and very much worth a visit. Nice and clean.

  • 5/5 Kaitlyn J. 11 months ago on Google
very beautiful mall, would recommend you to visit here. there's plenty of shops to choose from so there's a guarantee you'll find what you want. it's good for children 12+ to do some shopping with their friends too, as a hang out spot. you can also get food upstairs, and there's toilets. at one point, there were animals too which would be fun for younger kids.

Nice place for shopping. Not too big witch I find great for a customer like me, who don't want to spend whole day walking from shop to shop.

Not a bad place to shop if you're after a little bargin or gift of some sort maybe , better than the main town hanley as every shop in the town center seems to be closing or gone .

Very nice place to visit. There are plenty of shops to visit. The walkway around the shops is very clean and tidy. The parking is exceptional and free. Didn't stop for food this visit but when I have it was good quality and not too expensive. There appears to be different shops for different ages so I would recommend a visit. Overall it is a pleasant shopping outlet.

Our local "outlet shopping" mall. Not as diverse range of shops more recently as some stores have closed. Still a source of the odd bargain with some of the better stores including, Nike, M&S, Trespass & Pavers. A range of eateries and coffee shops too plus a smattering of "high street" stores complete the offering. Also very large carpark.

Great place to come for an hour or two. 2 things that need improving 1) more parent and child car park spaces 2) another baby changing room, 1 is not enough

A great place to browse & shop and even book an holiday if you wish. Very clean with plenty of hand sanitiser. Different options for food and drink. Very helpful staff. As you would expect there is a free car park as well. We love going to Affinity Staffordshire and highly recommend it.

Discount for mid designer range male clothing.Staff were not nice, a child had messed up the folded t-shirts and a male staff were moaning to a female staff about it in front of the customers. If it were my child I wouldn't have been happy.

  • 4/5 Jamie W. 2 years ago on Google
Good amount of outlet shops selling high Street goods at discount prices. Nike, M & S, Clarkes. OK if you need a bite to eat with Burger king and coffee outlets. Well laid out and plenty of footfall space during busier periods like Christmas. Not so large that you have to spend the day there to see everything. As outlet malls go a good choice.

  • 4/5 Rob I. 2 years ago on Google
Small centre with some decent shops, I normal visit Cheshire Oaks as its bigger. But these outlet villages are great if your passing to find the odd bargain. Considering how small this one is, I was surprised at how many big names were still there.

  • 4/5 Dem 8. 2 years ago on Google
Improved a lot over the last few years, the Nike shop, Clarkes, Next, The Body Shop, M&S and the beauty shop always worth a look. Some good bargains in the kitchenware shop too. Shame that Gap has closed. Had a baked potato in the cafe upstairs last time and it was HUGE! Burger King too, which is always good. Worth a visit on a rainy day for a browse. Affinity seem to have brought freeport back from the dead!

  • 2/5 Zubair S. 1 year ago on Google
The place has a depressing vibe to it, theres a few brand names there but to say its outdated will be an understatement. Potteries in city centre I would say is better. Shops have big signs saying sales but checking online its become obvious the stock isnt as cheap as claimed.

  • 3/5 Mark B. 1 year ago on Google
Affinity Staffordshire is much better since being taken over / bought by Affinity Outlets, they'll need to expand at this rate. But at this moment in time I can only give this outlet 3* out of 5*. The parking is free, which is absolutely brilliant. When visiting Affinity Staffordshire the car park is always busy (but the outlet is empty / quiet / not busy), the disabled spaces are always full, but a majority of vehicles don't don't show or display a BLUEBADGE. Does anyone patrol or manage the car park? But, it should be free for a certain period / length of time & no return / parking within 1 hour of leaving.

I must say that I really hate shopping but I can handle shopping here. It's not huge, but with a Klass shop and an M&S outlet store, it's okay for me. It's bright and airy, the toilets are spotless and there is a great place for coffee and a snack. There are quite a few sports/outdoor shops too.

Reasonable number of High St. Shops. Plenty of parking Toilet facility upstairs. Places to eat upstairs accessed by escalator. I found the 'down' escalator moving too fast to step on to, fortunately there is a lift.

Love it here, my go to place for most things. Nice and quiet and they do amazing milkshakes as soon as you walk through the door at the ice cream counter

This place is overrated. It’s just so expensive, like £24 for a soding cheese grater is a bit ridiculous to me.
